10/17 Wonder -- Are you sailing with us?!?

Thanx for the kind words SC Minnie. Time is getting shorter and shorter...

Sue,
I am glad you are going still too! I hope your mom continues to feel better.
Well, I decided to cancel the parasailing and keep the swimming with dolphins. I have a question now about the adult beach at CC. Would it be better for me and dh to go there first in the AM or do the family beach first and then adult beach later. We will probably go snorkeling (did the family beach snorkeling before and wasn't overly impressed) and want to enjoy the carribean music which I know they have on the family beach. Any suggestions??? I only went to the adult beach before for a massage, ate lunch, and headed back. Is there anything special on the beach that I should know about? Music? Thanks!
Ann

Maybe it would be better to do the family beach first, as it will fill up over the morning? Just guessing here, but i bet it would be much easier to find a place at the adult beach in the afternoon to park youself.

Ann, I agree with Sue re: the beach info (BTW Sue.....I'm very glad you'll still be coming.......:D )

If you plan to snorkel on the Family beach, the morning is the time to enjoy it most. DH went early morning and later in afternoon and said it was so much better earlier in the day, before all the sand gets kicked up. Also, we were able to "stake out" the chairs of our choice. You'll have no problem finding a good chair on the adult beach later in the day. I remember it being so so so quiet........that we stayed only about 45 minutes and went back to the hubub of the family beach.....weird:rolleyes:

2 weeks from today we will be packing the car and heading south!!!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

two weeks from today, I will be at Discovery Cove! I can hardly wait!

two weeks from today I will be a nutcase!

Gotta take ds(3) and dog to my parents house where they will stay for the duration.....this trip is just for dh, dd(11) and myself. I know I will pack, unpack, pack, rearrange, recheck my list, grab yet another suitcase, repack, .....well, you get the idea!;)

Two weeks from today, our vacation will be half over :(
We are going to WDW for a few days before the cruise. I can't wait to go cruising again!

SC Minnie - We will be on our way over from WDW to the Radisson at the port. We are looking forward to seeing you again!

pal2pluto - I can relate! I have so much to do in the next week and finding time is hard (soccer games, birthday parties, etc...). I keep telling myself I am going to pack light, but I am sure I will pack and repack and throw in some extra for good measure!

prysmu - I can't wait to hear about Discovery Cove. We went swimming with the dolphins in Nassau and absolutely loved it. Discovery Cove looks so neat with a full day of activities. You can tell us all about it the first night at dinner! I am so glad that it looks as if you'll be able to go on the cruise.

MickeyMagic- I hope you enjoy your first trip 'home'. Can't wait to hear how you like it.

SC Minnie - What is your eta at the Radisson? Alysha is looking forward to swimming with Catherine that night. We have decided not to do the Kennedy Space Center this trip - we're going to wait and go with my sister and her kids sometime. So I think we can lounge around WDW for a while before going to Port Canaveral. I need to contact Yourride and change my transportation times.

Anyone else going to the Radisson the night before the cruise? If so, we'd love to meet you!

We should be getting to the Radisson around 7. We are planning to pick up Catherine from school around 11:00 so if we don't run into any trouble we should be there 7ish.

Two weeks from today, DH and I will be on a plane to Orlando, then checking in at VWL, and heading over to Epcot for the evening:D
Then the next day......................... will be WONDERFUL!

I am flying out Oct. 15th, and staying two nights at Howard Johnson's in Orlando next to Sea World. Too bad I didn't want to hassle with a rental car, or I could be over at the Radisson too!

We will have on our lime green ribbons so if you see us at the port don't be afraid to ask if we are DISer's!!!:jester:

Another thing to add to my list! I had lime green ribbons last January, so it's just a matter of finding them again. I know I saw them around here recently.... :p

at this time two weeks from today, we will have had the fabulous shrimp in topsiders and probably all located our room by this time...

Yes,

We will have made any ressies that we wanted and will be sipping out our 1st (of many) Bahama Mama!:p

We're staying at the Hyatt at the airport. Anyone else?
Who are the first ones leaving for their trip? I am getting very excited! Anyone put their clothes in their luggage yet? That's my plan for this weekend! At least get started!
Ann

Pat and I are leaving Tuesday the 15th, so we can spend a day at Discovery Cove prior to the cruise.

My family stayed at the Hyatt last time, and i think you will pleased with how easy it is to catch the bus there. I would recommend that you get down there fifteen or twenty minutes ahead of the registration time. We did, and we were the first ones on the first bus out of there...

Sue,
I can't wait to hear your opinions on DC! Are you the one who already did the Dolphin Swim in Nassau and was recommending it to me? If so, I would love to know how it differs, what else is involved in a full day! Have fun!
Ann
