1 or 2 nights... please help

So, we are currently booked for 1 night in May at RPR, and will be staying 10+ nights at Windsor Hills after RPR. We plan on arriving at the parks early, but not sure if by the time we check in etc.. if we will make it to early entry on the first day. I was going over all the rides etc... and there seems to be so much to do, and I really don't want to rush thru those 2 days trying to see everything. We are Harry Potter fans, so I want to take it easy and browse Diagon Alley etc.... When we bought our US tickets, we got a third day free... so I'm wondering if it would be worth it to stay another night at RPR? It would cost about $300 more.. and we would just check in at WH a day later, but still have to pay for WH too...

Is it worth the $300 for another full day at US, or will those 2 days be enough to see everything? Our tickets are park to park.

You should be fine in May with 2 days with express pass. Use those 2 days to do all the rides and then go back for your 3rd day, while you are at Windsor Hills, and do all your browsing and walking.
