1 or 2 days at Legoland

We're toying with the idea of going to San Diego over our Spring Break, which is the week before Easter. Should I plan on 1 or 2 days for Legoland during this time? I have three boys that love legos ages 3, 5, and 35. :)

Two day might be too much. It's a small park. Will you be doing the waterpark? Will 5yo be able to ride the big coasters?

We took our 2 boys and finished the park in one day. And we didn't rush. We saw everything we wanted. We also went to the Sealife Aquarium and that took about 30 minutes to go through. It was a nice aquarium with a variety of different fish. I was under the impression it was like a huge aquarium and would be a all day thing to do and then maybe go back to the hotel pool afterward but we ended up going back into legoland as we had a lot of time to pass.

I think the 5 year old can ride the big rides, but we won't do the water park. We'll just plan on 1 then. I didn't know if it'd be crazy busy a couple of days before Easter, so that's why I was wondering if you need 2 days, but sounds like we can see a lot of it in 1.

Thanks!

I'm sure it will be busy, but I would do the Technic and Dragon coasters first. They get long lines and are not that great of rides. The worst is the Sky Cruiser(it's not a coaster and it looks like you pedal it but it's powered), which is on the other side of the park, it has aweful waits for the ride time. Still though one day should be fine.

We just spent 4 days there with 3 boys aged 9, 7 and 4. 1.5 of those days were spent at the water park and we never got around to the aquarium. They enjoyed Legoland so much they opted to go back there for one more day rather then have a second day at Seaworld or San Diego Zoo. We purchased a 5 day for the price of 1 pass off of Expedia so we had the option of as many days as we needed or wanted there really. It worked out really well for us as our eldest wouldn't do roller coasters but learned to love them at Legoland so went on everything by the time we got to Disneyland :) He wants to grow up to work at Legoland now lolz :)

One day isn't quite enough for us with our 4 kids. With just one day we were go go go and didn't get to do things like play at the fort for a long time, or dig in the dinosaur pit.

We were just there last week with our 3 daughters ages 9, 3, 1 during what I think would be a slow time and it took us 1 and half days (we did spend 2 hours at the waterpark the first day though). I think it could be done in one, but if you really want to take the time to look at everything and enjoy I would plan at least a day and a half. My husband was entranced by mini-land, especially the star-wars exhibit, he could have spent a lot more time there if we would have let him!:) So really I think it just depends on if you want to just hit all the highlights or really explore the whole park. I think the lines move a lot slower than Disneyland lines, they are not quite as efficient at moving people through!

We purchased a 5 day for th price of 1 and that is the only way I will go back to LL. They are not as efficient as DL. Most of the rides move very slow even while on it and they have a signthat says Parents Wait, Kids play. I waited a lot and if I am going to pay I want to participate too. Rides seemed lame.

What is the 5 day for the price of 1 ticket? I can't seem to find it anywhere? Thanks. :)
