I'm on the DDP. Staying 4 nights. Going to parks 3 days. 2 adults 2 kids 8 & 11. We're not doing Epcot. I don't think

CRT 2ts. each---CP 1ts each, using both in one day since will be at MK.
I need help using the other one.

Plan for one day is going early to Ak leaving after parade at 4:00 or before. Then to DTD. Should I use the TS for Tusker charecter Brk or maybe a lunch there. Or use a Cs for the Flame tree and save the TS for DTD (we're would you pick to eat there?) Or after Ak before DTD eat at a resort. Chef Mickey or something?

Next option would be to use TS at Prime time at HS. If i don't have TS at HS. Where would you suggest for CS?

What do you think would be the better value choice and enjoyable for the kids?:)

There are so many options, not too many at DTD though. A few of our favorites outside of the parks are O'hana's, Chef Mickey's Cape May Cafe, Spoodles, Boatwrights hmmm can't think right now. There are so many options, I personally don't use my TS credits for any breakfasts.

I would try and get a TS at AK... I have never had one there but I heard they are good... then save your CS for DTD. If you can;t get it, then get a TS at DTD... we like Wolfgang Puck's sit-down restaurant.

We also ate at Prime Time last time and enjoyed it. :)

Do you have your heart set on both CRT and CP? I would't use 3TS credits on one day if I only have 4 available for my trip. If your going to be in the park for just a day I wouldn't spend 3-4hrs sitting in restaurants either (I'd allow a minimum of 90mins for each of those meals; arrival, waiting, eating, closing the check). I'd pick one of the two and save the other for another day. Those can also both be big meals, might weigh you down or you won't really "get your money's worth at either". If you pick the castle meal, you can also have breakfast with Pooh at the 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian, no park pass needed. If you select Crystal Palace there's also a chance to Cinderella at the 1900 PF at dinner. There is also a Princess meal in Epcot, no Cinderella, but multiple other Princesses will be there.

On your AK day I'd take the bus from AK to AK Lodge and enjoy a meal at Boma. The restaurant is unique with a broad assortment of foods. Also the Lodge is worth a trip unto itself. By the way we absolutely loved the parade at the Animal Kingdom; upbeat music, surprising array of characters in the parade and breathtaking "floats". The costuming, CMs and floats are phenomenal you just have to see it to believe it.

Just so you know we are also on a 4 night trip, going to 3 parks, though we have tickets for each day:

Arrival night - Plaza in the Magic Kingdom
Second Day - Playhouse Disney character Lunch
Third Day - Lunch at Crystal Palace
Fourth Day - Dinner at Chef Mickey's
Departure Day - CS meals before leaving (We have Boma breakfast planned, but will likely cancel it, we had planned to stay at AKL, but changed plans)

Good luck with your decisions. Whether you stay with what you have or make a few changes, have a magical time. :thumbsup2

I don't have my heart set on RT & Cp but my sil does. I agree I don't want to waist that much time eating. I made the ressies for 7 hr. apart. so I think will be hungry for both?

If your sil has heart set on CRT and CP and you have them seven hours apart, I think you will be fine. I would suggest Counter Service at AK--Flame Tree Barbecue is a favorite of ours. We have not tried their table service and won't be until we go in September. I would either use the table service at Downtown Disney--although we haven't eaten much there or as you suggested Hollywood Studios at either 50's Prime Time or Sci-Fi Diner which the kids will love (I would avoid Hollywood & Vine if you can).

Sci-Fi is fun too. I know some one else said avoid Hollywood and Vine, but we like it there, we didn't hit it last year because of trying some new places, but I have it booked this year. I have heard good things ab out Trailsend Buffet at Fort Wilderness, I just booked that today, if you want you can then stay for the smores and movies they hold there if they have it that night. That would be fun for the kids and I think they have Chip and Dale come out for that.
