We are in Paris for 5 days in early October and will catch the train to DPL for a day and would love a bit of advice from a few veterans:

Best day to visit:
Friday 6th, Saturday 7th, Sunday 8th or Monday 9th. I'm assuming Monday is best for crowds, but it's our final day in Paris so maybe Friday would be better?

Most popular rides:
What should we head for first to avoid crowds and queues - Peter Pan, Pirates, Phantom Manor, Buzz?

Fastpass:
Am I right in assuming that the fastpasses are not linked - ie, that you can collect a series of them and not have to wait until you have used a fastpass before you can get another? What rides have fastpass, and which should we try to get asap?

Yep thats right. You can only get one fast pass per ticket for each ride but you can hold a fastpass for all of the fastpass rides at the same time. The rides that have fastpass are Big Thunder Mountain, Indiana Jones, Peter Pan, Buzz Lazer Quest, Star Tours and Space Mountain. Not sure if the FP are working in the Studios. I think you should get fastpasses asap especially if you want to ride those particular rides as they do tend to go quickly. I would highly recommend Buzz. I love it!!

Weekends are busiest so best avoided if you have limited time :)

First you should do Peter Pan, SM2 and BTM. Phantom Manor and Pirates can be done later because the growds there move very quick. :thumbsup2

I would choose Friday.

I would choose Friday but would also look at opening hours first . Whilst the weekend would be much busier the parks may be open longer.

Fast passes for Peter Pan run out quite quickly so get tehm early.

According to the official site, between the 2nd and 22nd of Oct, the park is open from 10 am - 7 pm on weekdays, and 9 am - 8 pm at weekends.
