The refurb replaces the queen sleep sofa in the living room with a queen murphy/sofa combo. It does NOT add a twin pull down under the TV, so still only sleeping space for 4 plus an infant in a Pac 'n Play.

The Murphy beds are much more comfortable than the pullouts

The queen-size Murphy in the living room of the1BRs is something being added as part of BWV's ongoing room refurbishment, which started in Sep. There are still a lot of rooms to be refurbed, but they should be done long before August (or so we wishful thinkers hope).

Yes, the couch in the studio side has been replaced by a double Murphy, and the couch in the living room has been replaced by a queen Murphy. The little bunk size Murphy in the studio is still there.

That is correct - in one now. Studios have the full Murphy/sofa and the pulldown under the TV. The 1BR side has the Murphy/sofa combo in the main room.
