Travelex.co.uk will price match - you do have to collect currency from the airport and order in advance, but often I have used the Thomas Exchange rate with the Travelex price promise - they will send you a cheque for the value of the difference in rates without any fuss or bother, and you can pay them with a debit or credit card.
