1/3/09 Magic - First Time To St. Croix

We are planning to book another cruise while onboard but dont know which one yet

Does anyone know the exact date for excursion booking for non castaway members

Hello Everyone,

We are also coming on the St Croix January 3, 2009 cruise. We are a family of three also from Sydney (Windsor) Australia.

My husband and I are celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary, and our daughter will turn 13 on the cruise.

Our daughter will be completely surprised by our holiday which includes Christmas and New Year in New York, the cruise and a trip to WDW afterwards.

Looking forward to meeting you all on the "Mickey Boat!"

I don't recall the exact time frame on that Disney CDE...but we changed our minds several times right up to the last minute and still got all the excursions we wanted...we changed 2 onboard...

Hi

Wow, we rarely ever see many other Australians on board the ship, is this your first time sailing with DCL? Do you know what your room allocation on the ship is?

Welcome aboard!

Ella

Hey ya'll, I just plugged in some reservation request on the disneycruiseline website to try and see how full our cruise would be and it looks like there are still lots of rooms to chose from so I wonder if we will have a full ship or not. I am hoping for not so it won't be as crowded.

Do we have a status on the FE's? I want to start putting our goodie bags together. Let me know.

Thanks

Thank you everyone for your warm welcome and friendly wishes.:)

Ella,

We were thinking that we would probably be the only "Aussies" on board, so it is nice to know that there will be some others with similar accents!

This is our first time sailing with DCL and our room allocation is 8540.

Hi Catherine

We are in room 8078. There tends to be quite a few Australians working on board, but we have never met anyone else travelling! Anyway welcome and we should catch up when we are on the ship. I am 26, my sister is 23 and we are travelling with our parents.

Also we are in WDW from the 16 December, once we finish on the cruise we depart on the 14 January. What are your plans, where are you stay while in WDW?
Great to speak with you.

Ella:upsidedow

hey JJ in MTL!

we are 7 going; me, my boyfriend, his son (15), my sister, my brother and his wife and my mom

we are going to disney from dec. 30 until cruise.

can't wait!

who is going to be in your party?

Has a decision been made about the shirts? I like the idea of matching shirts for our group. I think we need to decide soon so that the shirts can ordered and made. :flower3:

The design has been sent to my friend at her shop for an estimate...just waiting on final count of who wants 1 before moving forward :thumbsup2

The design in post #556 is the one that went out...sweet and simple...I think we had decided on a turquoise color-or something close to that but can still change.
I guess when we make *final decision* and place an order, people can pay me through PayPal
I don't have a shirt cost yet until I know how many we're ordering...the "set up" fee for the heat press will be distributed among those wanting shirts.:headache:
OUCH...all this makes my head hurt.
On the upside, although the 14 yo is suspicious, the kiddos still don't know about the cruise!:yay: :yay: :yay: They're going to have an absolute cow!

Anyone booked their excursions? We haven't :guilty:

Yes, we booked Magens Beach Day on St Thomas and the Christiansted Walking Tour on St Croix, after lunch we are thinking of taking a cab to Point Udall and having the driver wait while we take pictures.
