I was just browsing around on travelocity.com -- vacations -- Disney, and when I pulled up a specific Disney resort, it would indicate rates under certain date groups. One group was 1/1/03 to 2/13/03 and was the least expense of all the groups -- October and November included.

Of course, our school's mid-winter vacation is the week of 2/17, so I'll probably have to wait until November or December for those deals????

The 2003 dates and 'seasons' are:

1/01 - 2/12 Value
2/13 - 4/26 Peak
4/27- 8/23 Regular
8/24 - 10/01 Value
10/02 - 11/01 Regular
11/02 - 12/19 Value
12/20 - 12/31 Holiday

It has been stated out here that, if you book your stay on say, 2/12-2/19, then your entire stay will be at the value rate.

Happy planning! :teeth:

Thanks for the info! That would work. We could check in on 2/12, get the good rate for our stay? The boys would only have to miss 3 days of school. Also, we'd probably have better luck getting flights out of here. (Everyone and their brother wants to get out of here in February when the snow is waist deep. LOL)
