Nancy and I feel the same way we arn't watchins Sporting News or anything else enough is enough. Two weeks before and two weeks after is to much overkill. I think if the truth be known Joan Brady is hurt,and Morse is pulling a Manny. Morse being Morse. I bet Roger will agree.
Joan if this weather keeps up we just might head south. We still have 200 left after booking the cruise and spending 10 days at OKW.
Those extra bonus points really help. KAY talked us into it Joan HA HA.

It suppose to be 75 today until the front moves through this afternoon. It is suppose to bring bad thunderstorms and the High tomorrow will be about 40. Gotta love Tn weather.

As for Nascar, DH's family has had seats at Bristol for about 30 years. It one of those deals that if they fail to go one year, they lose the seats. DH and his dad use to go every year until he moved to middle Tn. Currently DSIL is the big fan. She and her DH go each year. They also try to make Daytona and Talledegha as often as they can

Much better, thank you!!!! Not sure what happened...When I woke up yesterday, I would have sworn I was drunk! I havent had a drink in months so I know that was not the problem, then I was like maybe its the flu! I think sleep was the answer, after sleeping 3 hours, I felt better. This morning I have a slight headache, but otherwise feel great!

Now we just have the weather to contend with! We are supposed to have snow all evening and tomorrow most of the day! We have the 1st flight out tomorrow at 6:25am, so wish us luck with getting on the plane!!!

Tina I'll be thinking happy thoughts that you get out on time tomorrow. Right now it looks like the worst of the storm might be when you are trying to go. Are you flying out of Midway or O'Hare? Midway might be in the clear as it appears the storm is going to track more north than south.

Thanks Mary, Midway!! One thing I have in my favor!!! I also have been watching the weather very carefully, and they said the worst was supposed to happen North of the city! Not that I wish it on anyone, but I'm glad that we are not slated for the worst part of the storm! We are supposed to leave at 6:25, so I fugure we have a pretty good chance of leaving before noon tomorrow if the fog stays away! Midway was closed all day yesterday due to fog. I just want to make the cruise, so whenever we get there is fine with me! I just wish the winter was over, this has been a bad one for us!!! I cant remember it snowing this heavy, this many times at all!

I always hope for the best, but expect the worst. This time looks like something in between. Being part of my job here at work is plowing out two of our lots, I've been obviously watching it closely. It's gonna be a big one. I've been afraid of us getting plastered in Feb/Mar as the last two times we had a freak warm spell in January we got plain dumped on after. I hope you get out ok, but I'd expect at least long delays at this point.

Here's a current radar shot of what's about to hit. The white/blue is snow with the white being the strongest, the purple/pink is mixed, and the red/yellow/green is rain with red being the strongest.

What I'm real concerned with is there's tons of humidity already in the air so as it gets here it's only going to get stronger than it already is.

Well, I have an updated map, and it really looks like, for the moment we may be spared the worst, this map is showing the snow line is further north than that other map. Let's hope it stays that way.

Thanks Mark, We are prepared to hang out at the airport for the day...I am just concerned if we dont get a flight out tomorrow at all! I dont know what we do at this point! Right now for the south they are predicting 3-6" so I hope thats accurate and we can head out sometime tomorrow! I have a blackberry, so I will post if we leave or not!

Too funny...At least he tried! Mark you can have one of my pirates, I have 3, for updating me with the weather! I am being opptimistic, but still worried! I am hoping that with a flight out first thing we will have some kind of window during they day that they take off! Hopefully!

We are supposed to get hammered tonight with about a foot. I see on the radar currently you are mostly in the rain mode. We are to get rain until about 9pm, then about 11 it is supposed to change to that wonderful rain/snow mix over to full snow and very windy, blowing and below freezing.

I wonder if I will have class tomorrow.

I just knew we were going to get dumped on and it looks like we are in for an artic blast this weekend. All I am saying is it better be a hot summer.
