We used the Oriental Trading Company for a lot of the gifts we gave last year. To be honest, it was just fun stuff that you would put in a kids bday goodie bag, but everyone really liked them (I think). Not sure what we are doing this year. Is anyone doing MNSSHP? We did it last year and a couple of times before that but we are on the fence about it this year. The fireworks and the parade are amazing. It was a blast. How many 37 year old women do you know that will dress up like Underdog? You know one now

Mandy- I am so excited! I just did 2 miles in less than 34 minutes! That is 2 minutes off my per mile time. Gotta get ready for the Yeti!

too funny, we are doing the MNSSHP again it was so fun. I haven't bought tickets yet though. I hope they still have some.

Good job at walking. I wanted to do the 5 k but it was a little pricy since we have passes and don't need the park tickets.

Question...this is our first time using the nursery (Rheya will be 16 months) and I reserved her a spot while we are on the Glass Bottom Boat tour however they didn't have a 1pm slop available. My question is this...our tour is over at 12:45. Is it doable to get back to the boat to get her out of the nursery by 1pm? I've been checking daily to see if anyone unreserves that 1pm slot but so far no luck. Hopefully they won't kick her out right at 1...

The boat you go out on docks right next to the ship so you should be fine. Just let them know that you are on an excursion so if you are running a little late they won't worry. I don't think they will kick her out in the hall at 1 on the dot.

Yes, the repo was wonderful! Just not long enough. You would think after 15nights I would be tired of being on the ship, but NO! I could stay on forever!

There are usually less kids on the Member Cruise than other Disney cruises. Too soon to take the kids out of school for most people.

I figured you were kidding. I once heard it referred to as 2 seasons - winter & road repair. Thank goodness there's no snow or potholes on Castaway Cay.

I have not been keeping up - too much to read for work - but, we are getting close now so I better get on board!

I grew up watching MM Club re-runs (I can still sing the song for the Triple R!) and the weekly "Wonderful World of Disney". I never thought I'd really get to go to WDW! I went for one day in 1985 with a 2 year old and it was the 90's before I got to go back. Two years ago was the first time I ever went without kids so we bought into DVC to make sure we could bring the future grand kids! I still get choked up when I start up Main Street and see the castle! When they play the music I really tear up. I think I always will.

This will be our first Disney cruise and I can not wait!

If you want to be inspired, get the now available DVD of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Watch the features about how Walt lost the rights to Oswald and came back with Mickey! How could a simple character like Oswald lead to the whole amazing Disney everything! Impossible! Amazing! Walt Disney! As long as the Disney corporation holds on to the "magic" I will forever be inspired by what Walt did and what the Disney corporation continues to do!

I'm looking forward to sharing the magic with all of you!
