09/21/08 SSMC08 S.S. Member Cruise 2008 - Part 2!

I don't remember any special DVC stuff before the cruise. You'll get a special lanyard and some other special paperwork upon check-in. The terminal will be decorated especially for the cruise as well and most likely DeeVeeCee and her sister Ariel Cee will be there to see us off.

We met DeeVee at the Welcome Home party on Frank's 50th birthday. Haven't met Ariel yet!

Love all the rumors. Guess if DVC won't tell us we'll just think up some of our own. Please don't be disappointed if the guesses don't come true. I still stand by (after being on 4 of these already) that the DVC cruises are second to none when it comes to great guests. Every guest may not be a perfect fit for every cruiser but we've never been disappointed with finding some guests on each cruise that we adore!

I'm figuring this will be sort of like Christmas - you are so excited about what you get that you forget about what you didn't get! But rumors are so much fun too...

How about John Lasseter, Julie Andrews and Johnny Depp!!!

I enjoy a two (2) mile walk around the Promenade Deck every morning after I get up. Is there anyone out there who would join me? I don't do the MP3 player thing, I enjoy conversation. Ahoy there, Mates!!! Who's for a brisk stroll around the Poop Deck?

I love to walk in the am. I am usually up on deck 10 from 6:30-7:30. I will give 4 a try again if every one would prefer 4. It's just very hot in spots and I don't sweat well.

Regarding the rumors - well Johnny Depp spent most of this summer in the Chicago 'burbs filming his new movie. They were desperately seeking film extras, but alas I am busy here at work lol.

He was reported by fans to be very friendly and agreeable to signing autographs. Would be wonderful if he was joining us on our cruise!

Not sure if I can do 630am! Since the boys are staying home with Grammy, we want to try and sleep in a bit, at least till 730 or 8! When I work in the morning, I get up at 545am and on my days off, the boys wake my up by 7!

Hello All,

gdulaney & myself will be on this cruise as well. We were on the Magic for the 5 Night Cruise to Nassau with a double at CC last week, however, Hanna changed that around. Hopefully this one will be a litte calmer so we can make that double dip.

I HAVE DOCUMENTS!!! Although, the envelope looked like it had been run over by a truck! The documents must be crawling northward because Frank is in CT and he hasn't gotten his yet.
