Good choice. That is probably my 2nd choice. I like Earl Grey and Darjeerling because I can drink them without any milk or sugar. Darjeeling is also good iced Yummy!

Speaking of iced tea. Something I found out at dinner on the 2005 Member Cruise...Jim Lewis and I both LOOOOOVE Publix Sweet Tea!

Do we have a formal night? I just don't want to pack a ton of stuff and items I'm only going to wear once. I may do a couple of foldable dresses (how are the dry cleaning prices onboard, because they will need to be pressed before wearing) and jeans and nice tops. Want to avoid bringing a garment bag and extra shoes I'll only wear once or twice.

Jeans area allowed in the dining room but you won't see a lot of people wearing them. For us they are a little too heavy for a cruise. I usually wear nice slacks and Mark wears dockers.


Studios do not have washers and dryers. I believe at OKW they are out by the pool. That is why we have a one bedroom booked for after the cruise. So I can do some laundry and come home with clean clothes.

You can bring a spray bottle of wrinkle release, use the ironing board and iron in the ship laundry rooms, or send your clothing out to be pressed. It is half the cost, I believe, of a full wash/cleaning and they do a nice job!

Typically no they don't. They did last year but IMHO it wasn't worth it. I would have think they would have announced it by now as many people are already planning their packing. We are doing cruise casual the entire cruise. We aren't planning on Palo dinner (unless we get another invite but I don't see that happening ). We do bring the Downy Wrinkle Release and it works great.

I saw somewhere above that it was suggested to meet later at night Saturday before the cruise for drinks after dinner. Belle Vue Lounge would be very convenient - John and I should be around for that if anyone would like to join in.

Does anyone know how late the pool is open at BWV this month? Mack wants to do the keistercoaster or whatever it is called, and I would love a night-time dip.

I am going to be on the cruise with DH and DD. This will be our 5th Member Cruise and looking forward to it as if it were our first.

We are coming to WDW on the 15th and bringing my brother and SIL to spend 6 nights with them at SSR. Then on the 21st they are flying home and back to work while we jump on the Member Cruise. After the trip we will be getting off the trip and heading back to SSR for two (2) additional nights with just the three of us.

I hope to meet some of you on the ship and the party will begin soon.....

Welcome aboard! This is our 5th Member Cruise as well and we've had some great DIS groups on all of them. We are having 2 DIS meets. One before the cruise at Beach Club and one on the first day. Full details in the first post on this thread. Hope you can join us at one.

Anyone dressing up for Pirate Night? We already have costumes for our kids. They always love dressing up for Pirate Night. DH might even dress up this time. Me, I'll stick to my POTC t-shirt.
