I guess I DID close out the day with my birthday wishes for my sister!

Happy Friday all! We are looking forward to seeing Wally and Terrie tonight, and maybe seeing a couple other people as well!

We will be there after our 4 day cruise in DEC. We leave Disney for Miami late in the Day of DEC 10th . What is Disapalooza?

It's an event sponsered by the DISunplugged Podcast people. If you go to that forum you can find information about it. This year they have rented out the Harry Potter area at Universal from 9:30 to 12:30 (evening). Two years ago they did Toy Story Mania and it was SO MUCH FUN. It was a special event where they rented out the Toy Story Mania ride and that area of HS. They had a buffet and sold drinks and you got to ride TSM as many times as you wanted. They limit the number of tickets sold so there wasn't hardly any wait. I think we rode it 9 or 10 times plus had a few drinks and met some great people. I think it was around 300 tickets for TSM and this year they are only selling 700 tickets for Harry Potter. Reasonable priced tickets too (approx $50 this year, pp).

If you want to wander up ... I think that we could figure a way to work you into our extended family ... rooms are scarce here next weekend however ... tent camping in the back 40 could be arranged ...

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. dark rum
3/4 oz. light rum
1 oz. passion fruit juice
1 oz. piña colada mix
1 oz. orange juice
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously
Serve in a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a wedge of tropical fruit
This is the signature drink on Castaway Cay (Disney's private island in the Bahamas)
