Always wanted to eat at the 95th floor!

Jim and I have eaten at the Signature Room on the 95th for dinner. The food was ok, nothin to write home about. Drinks at the lounge were VERY good though. The best was watching the fireworks from Navy Pier on a Saturday night. We were ABOVE them, it was awesome!!

I found a great rate at a hotel on the corner of Ohio and State for the dismeet. It's a great location for everything we are talking about doing. PM me if you want to know more.

My favorite is the broccoli salad with grapes, sunflower seeds, onion and BACON with the sweet creamy dressing. Can't wait till I make it next week when the kids are over.

My FAVORITE dish for EVERY holiday is GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE! YUM!!!!!
(I like it with French Cut Green Beans, though, not whole green beans)

Wow! A couple of days off and I had like 40 pages to catch up on!! I hope everyone is enjoying their Easter.. Jim and I have had a nice, quiet day! Looks like the plans are shaping up nicely for the meet in June. I am hoping we can make it!
