Well, since we are up to our necks in trick-or-treaters, I thought I would take a moment to share something. This is one of our pumpkins:

Yes, the Summer Safari Blend is an extra bold medium roast. I hope they release it again next summer. I ordered 9 boxes this year so I will have some to last a while. I usually order from coffeewiz.com, but they don't have the new Iced Teas yet.

I've been a Keurig user for a long time now. My first brewer was the B100 which they haven't sold in years. Back then, keurig.com included brewer purchases in the coffee club points so I have alot of points so I get a 15% discount on k-cups.

I'll have to remember Summer Safari Blend...always looking for a great tasting coffee. Thanks for mentioning coffeewizard....went to their website and am surprised at the cost of Sumatran extra bold from Green Mountain....I love it...great price.

I get the 15% off as well. We have been a Keurig customer for 4 years now and are very happy with them...no complaints.

I am more of a flavored coffee person and some of my favorites are Royal Rum Pecan, Carmel and Chocolate Cherry. Check out their website. I use the insert since the do not have K Cups. I really do like their taste.

So glad to hear he's doing better. Isn't it amazing that with all the technology we have in medicine today that it still can take days to figure out medical issues!? I hope they figure it out soon so he can be on the road to recovery!

I shudder to think of the bill he's going to have. They're running every test they can think of and he has no insurance. Ugh! He is feeling better though, so at least the treatments are working, even if they don't know what's causing the trouble.

IF I EVER FIND MY PHOTO OF ME AS A KLINGON I WILL HAVE TO POST IT. I USED TO DO OUR GARAGE AND DRIVE WAY AS HAUNTED DUNGEON BUT CHANGED IT EVERY YEAR. ALL MY OLD OUTFITS BECAME PART OF THE DISPLAY. WE USED TO gET BETWEEN 300 TO 400 KIDS. THE YEAR I WAS THE KLINGON I WENT THRU DRIVE THRUS AFTER TO HAVE A LAFF. I MISS DOING IT. GETTING TO OLD

This is my DH Jim.. He sits dressed like this just about every year for Halloween.. The sign says.. Please take only 2 pieces of candy.. Happy Halloween.. The unsuspecting child reaches for the candy.. and lo.. he make a noise or jumps to them..

This evening as I was watching from the kitchen a Dad approached telling his children.. look it's just a dummy.. Grabbed Jim's arm shook it and said see..It's not real.. Good job on the stuffing but not real.. he proceeded to reach in and Jim simply said I am too real.. He jumped about six feet and I started looking for the AFD device..
The other funny one was when a 12 year old girl reached into take 3 or
4 pieces and Jim said" The sign say take 2 can't you read?!" I think the scream was heard for about 3 blocks!

Believe it or not, this is the first time I've ever carved a pumpkin. I did it all on my own from start to finish, nobody else wanted in on the fun! They aren't perfect but I'm happy with them! Like I said, it was my first time, and here they are:

I was hoping to include the Cider in the order I just placed, maybe next time. I was surprised with Targets selection of k-cups. Our local one was remodeled this summer to include groceries (not a Super Target). Even Publix has started to carry a limited selection. I still prefer to order on-line since the price is cheaper than any local retailer.

Believe it or not, this is the first time I've ever carved a pumpkin. I did it all on my own from start to finish, nobody else wanted in on the fun! They aren't perfect but I'm happy with them! Like I said, it was my first time, and here they are:

These are awsome! Our is a plastic Mickey purchased at Walgreens!
Our most popular costume was We had three and a Snow White too!
