Not until close to Cruise Time, it depends on if there are any systems out in the Atlantic.

Takes a lot to cancel one, if it is literally building in the path the boat is going to be in and the swells are too large, well I don't know how Disney would 'cancel' but I think they would stay in port either way. Other liners do but ONLY when it is a positive. Rough waters are no fun thoughSpecially when it's the big boat a rockin'. First time on Disney though, smaller boat than our last one they can cut better so we will see.
