We have been banking points to do the cruise this year. I am so excited that I wanted to know what to expect. So, I came back and found you all. There are a variety of things that contribute to shortened battery life. If it is short now, wait until you have had it for a year when it is only about 1/2 of what it is now! What phone is it? I may be able to help you do some things to extend the battery life.

turn off your wifi, and background data. also depending on the auto settings a lot of useless junk (stocks, news etc) that you may not plan on checking regularly may be set to auto synch. ive saved HOURS of phone life a day by changing those settings.
