We should look at both ways, is there something saying that you cant tranfer it all to a TA after you setup with DCL?

Not sure, but I suspect if DCL does the set up that they would keep the extra commission that a TA would be using to pay for the extras. I know that if you make a regular reservation and transfer it to a TA later, the commission is reduced (which is why TAs can't do as big of an onboard credit if it's a transferred reservation rather than a reservation that they made or that they were named on - if booked onboard). Clear as mud, right?
