Anyone going to be at WDW Jan 5-10?

No. there will absolutely no one going to WDW that week. The parks will be completely and totally devoid of visitors that week!

We are happy to report that our awesomesauce dispeep CARMOUSE (Andy) has been heard from.

DISPEEP NEWS received a text message from him yesterday (10/19/11) afternoon.

He says that all is well. When he returned from the Cruise, he buried himself into fiscal year end work and planning for FY 2012 work.

THIS HAS BEEN A BREAKING NEWS ALERT FROM DISPEEP NEWS. STAY TUNED FOR FURTHER BREAKING NEWS AS IT HAPPENS.

I'm trying to set up a Dismeet here in Merrillville, In. Any takers? I know Shawn and Milford would like to make it.
We could hang out at the Radisson. Maybe some of you might want to stay the night there. the Radisson is about the best place that we could all hang out and BS an get drinks or bring drinks of our own. We could even get a room that overlooks the atrium if available.
We also have a neat candy store nearby and a Disney store for some "essentials".
What do you guys think?

Good morning to everyone.
I know since I all have been back I find myself not getting to this forum too much. I apologize for this.
I am trying to make a photo book from the cruise just of Character pictures. I am asking you all if anyone has any Character alone pictures that you can share with me to put in my book.
Also I do not remember who I gave the photo pass code too but I was just wondering if it worked for you and you got your photo cd. I got mine real fast after I ordered and just love that photo cd. the best invention Disney came up with. Now if they only find a cheaper way on The Disney cruise I would buy that one too.

A little humor for the day - - -


Well, A Girl Potato and Boy Potato had eyes for each other,
And finally they got married, and had a little sweet potato, which they Called 'Yam.'

Of course, they wanted the best for Yam.

When it was time, they told her about the facts of life. They warned her about going out And Getting half-baked, so she wouldn't get accidentally mashed, and get a bad Name for herself like 'Hot Potato,' and end up with a bunch of Tater Tots

Yam said not to worry, no Spud would get her into the sack and Make a rotten potato out of her! But on the other hand she Wouldn't stay home and become a Couch Potato either.

She would get Plenty of exercise so as not to be skinny like her
Shoestring Cousins.

When she went off to Europe , Mr. And Mrs. Potato told Yam
To watch out for the hard-boiled guys from Ireland .

And the Greasy guys from France called the French Fries. And
when she went out West,

To watch out for the Indians so she wouldn't get scalloped..

Yam said she would stay on the straight and narrow
And wouldn't associate with
those high class Yukon Golds, or the ones from the other

Side of the tracks who advertise their trade on all
the trucks that say, 'Frito Lay.'

Mr. And Mrs. Potato sent Yam to Idaho P.U. (that's Potato University ) so that when she graduated she'd really Be in the Chips. But in spite of all they did for her, one-day Yam came home
And announced she was going to marry Tom Brokaw.

Tom Brokaw! Mr and Mrs. Potato were very upset.

They told Yam she couldn't possibly

Marry Tom Brokaw Because he's just.......

Excellent, I love an empty park. And here I thought the place would be packed with all those runners.

Shawn and I have kicked the idea around about driving out to California (2 week trip.) She likes to drive, I would rather fly. 2013 could be done, 1 daughter will be married off and hopefully we can have the wedding paid off by then.
