Anyone start packing yet??? We just started and I don't think the 2 of us are going to fit it all in 2 bags. Some much time, so little to do.....scratch that..reverse it.

I bought 1 of those filter water bottles to bring, since I hear the water is not that great tasting. Let me tell you..its like trying to squeeze water from a rock. Anywho..tick tock.

Favorite Disney Princess Amanda only wishes we had a million pages! We didn't quite get as much as the Blabbermouths on their double dip, but we had a pretty impressive run.

I am a little sad to see the postings come to a close, we've been here since January pretty faithfully. But I guess the upside is we're all converging towards The Magic together! I can't believe tomorrow I'll be driving to Washington to catch the plane! It's almost surreal. I'll check back a few times ('cause I can't help myself) between now and Thursday afternoon...then we're off and we'll see you all at the MNSSHP and in the terminal Saturday ~ God willing.

Yes, painting the luggage was a scream. I just hate having to hunt down my luggage. Now I won't have to!

That is the reason I have bright lime green luggage, bright pink and purple with orange turtles.

We were in Connecticut over the Christmas holidays last year and we had already checked our luggage for the flight when they announced they would be closing the airport due to a blizzard. They told everyone that all the luggage would be brought downstairs and to go claim yours. Well, when we got down there, it was looking like the black sea with all those pieces of black luggage just displayed in row after row.

All I did was scan the group and pick out the only lime green piece of luggage there....it was wonderful....ps. no one walked off with my luggage by accident either

I still haven't packed either!

I did bring my dry cleaning down (on the 11th hour) so I can get it before I leave.

I was going to start last night but I subscribe to a gaming service and I received the latest game for my XBOX 360 so needless to say I played all night and did sqawt for packing.

This is it for me guys...off work at 4:30 today and have to wrap it all up by 9pm cause I gots to gets some sleep before my alarm goes off at 3am...its gonna a stressfull day!!! (but soooo worth it!!)

Oh and the kids still dont know we are leaving in the morning...learned to use the new camcorder...im gonna record surprising them in the morning

Good morning everyone! Looks like we are losing more and more people. Everyone who is leaving today, have a safe trip. We are now pushed back to leaving early Friday morning. I found out yesterday that progress reports come out at DD's school on Thursday. Thursday night will be open house and parent-teacher conferences. We have to meet with DD's teacher at 7:30 Thursday evening. I know she is doing very well, but the school really frowns upon missing these conferences. This is the first of the year, and with DD missing six days for this cruise, I don't want to push it. Anyway, as long as I am at the port Saturday morning, I don't care when I leave home.

All of you who still haven't packed are making me so nervous. I have been partially packed for about a month now. Everytime, I go back over what I have, I think of something I forgot. Please, please, please start packing so that I can calm down.

But I am partially packed. Have to wait to do my stuff until the last minute. We are still in tshirts and shorts and flipflops here, so I'm wearing everything I need to pack! But DD has so many clothes, I can pack her stuff, and she would still have 2 weeks worth of clothes to wear.

EEEKKKK....did I not forget to turn at the lights and ended up on the highway...I was too busy thinking about which terminal I need to be at for my flight tomorrow!!!....I need to get focused!!!...this is going to be a long day at work...I did mostly everything yesterday...i havent eaten since sun..well except for a chocolate bar and a handful of peanuts...im hungry but so nauseated as well....who needs a moving boat to be sick..not me!

I know what u mean...the rest of the stuff has to wait till the morning..my toiletries and makeup...and then the stuff that has to go on top of it in the suitcase....

I know that I need to chill out. I am the opposite extreme of those who pack the night before. I have to have everything ready weeks ahead of time. I have to travel a lot with work and with this basketball team that I travel with, so I have packing down to an art most of the time. I keep two of everything like deodorant, toothpast, toothbursh ect. That way when I am going some where I can pack one days ahead of time and still have one to use. I even have a bag that I keep packed all the time that has an extra flat iron, hair dryer, brushes etc., so when I start to pack to go somewhere, I don't have to pack the ones I use at home. Packing for me usually involves only putting clothes in a suit case. I did do more this time because this is my first cruise, and we needed things that I usually do not bring, like extension cords and an over the door shoe organizer. I'll be alright once I'm on the ship, soaking up sun and watching the water go by.
