I have a wonderful update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


DH got home late last night. He told me not to get upset that he was late because he was working on something important. He then told me that he talked to the GM at work and the client in Spain, and he is now able to fly home to NC on Thursday!!!!!!!! He will be able to drive to Florida with us on Friday!!!!!!!

Also, I called the friends that had planned to come stay with us while I waiting on DH to get home yesterday evening. I figured I needed to tell them that DH would not be home when they would stay with us next week.
Well, that is all worked out too!!!! The husband didn't have the correct date when he talked to my DH!!!!!!!! The girls' last day of work in TX is the 14th!! They plan to move her to NC the following week. Her first day to report to campus is on the 22nd. So that means we will not be home when they move. They will not be staying with us next week.



I am so thankful! My prayers have been answered!!!!!!!!!

Just got our 2nd set of doc's. I looked up the room on the staterooms link above and it shows an asterisk after the room number on the deck plans. Does anyone know what that represents? Maybe that means we get extra money in shipboards credits. Wishful thinking huh? Let me know if anyone knows what it means. Only 4 more days of working for the man before we leave for Disneyworld.

Anyone seen/heard from Lisa0503 lately? I sent her a pm a few days ago but haven't seen her lurking. I didn't know if she was lucky enough to go down a few days before the cruise, etc.

I sent her a pm so she could add my family as a group involved with the fish extenders and the excursions we have planned.

I am here and just now trying to catch up on the thread so I can update the website. (since I know people post things here for me too...) Sorry I have been MIA. DD started pre-school this past week and I have just been sooo busy!!!! I am stressing that the cruise is NEXT WEEK (and we are leaving on Thursday for a few days in Disney first...) and I still have sooooo much to get done!!!

Anyway, I am working on updating the website tonight and I do have some time on Sunday to work on it too so I did see we have a couple of last minuite families joining us (WELCOME!!!!) If anyone wants to be added to the roster or has any updates for the website PM me or e-mail me at LisaC0503-disney@yahoo.com by Sunday morning and I will get it done. After that, I may not be able to update it again since I still have so much to do.


OK...I am off to finish reading and getting caught up on this thread and then off to update the website. I will PM/email anyone who has sent me changes once it is finished so you can double check I did everything OK. Thanks and I look for to cruising with you all. I can't wait to have 'nothing to do' all day long

Oh, and I was looking at the cruise site and it says our stateroom number is 5639, but it is actually 5634. I can't remember at the moment who is running that site...too much going on in my brain.

ETA: I just checked my book at home that show deck plans, and the asterisk represents a solid wall verandah. That means that the railing is solid, not see through. Is the second cabin a verandah cabin?

The other cabin number is 6502. Yes, it is a verandah cabin. At least I hope it is. I booked a cat. 7 gty and asked for a verandah. I am glad to have a verandah but I sure wish it was see through. I like sitting out there watching the world go by at night. Oh well, I guess you take what you can get when you book 1 1/2 weeks out. I might need you to call Amy soon. She has been out shopping for the cruise all day, it is 10:00p.m. and she is not back yet! I might need to borrow some money from you guys if I see her come in with 20 bags from the mall. I wish I could use my credit from disney and the t/a to get ready for the cruise.

The boys and I needed clothes and shoes for formal/semi-formal night. I think we should just wear shorts and t-shirts all the time. Let's put the money from the clothes towards a deposit on a b2b 7 night and Panama Canal cruise.

We just take them with us! I'm sure we look like "country come to town", rolling a couple of suitcases to the pool, but that's what we do. Plus, it's only until 1:30, when they open up the cabins.

Well, I am basically done with my packing. Just have to add a few little things. We have 6 suitcases, 1 garment bag, 1 booster, and an empty bag to fill with stuff. Wow, that's a lot of stuff! I did have more, but went through and reduced.
