1. What did you do in 2008 that you’d never done before? Experience life with a 1 year old

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year? No and no

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?My cousin gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in August.

4. Did anyone close to you die?My husband's grandfather in July and my aunt in September.

5. Where did you vacation this year?In April we went to Massanutten Resort and in August we went to Havana/Tallahassee, FL - we visited relatives.

6. What was your biggest achievement of the year?Not stressing

7. What was the best thing you bought?I have no idea.

8. What did you get really, really, really excited about?My baby boy turning one.

9. Compared to this time last year, are you: a) happier or sadder? b) thinner or fatter? c) richer or poorer?I am happier, thinner, and about the same money wise & richer in love.

10. What do you wish you’d done more of?Stay on top of keeping my home organized.

11. What do you wish you’d done less of?Complaining.

12. What was the best book you read?I haven't really finished reading any of the books I started.

13. What kept you sane?My baby boy.

14. How do you celebrate New Years Eve?For the past 7 years, we have spent New Year's Eve with the same friends. We play games, listen to music, and have dinner together.

15. How do you celebrate New Years Day? With the same friends as above. We take turns spending the night at each other's houses.

Back from Maui. Had a great time. Ate out at our favorites, Cheeseburger in Paradise and Bubba Gump's! Now, back to snow and catching up at home. Here's my answers!

1. What did you do in 2008 that you’d never done before? Had my purse stolen in February. What a nightmare!

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year? Trying to remember what it was, but probably about losing weight, and no, didn't do too well, but will try again in 2009.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?My daughter in law had a baby boy

4. Did anyone close to you die?No.

5. Where did you vacation this year?On the Disney Wonder at least a couple of times! and to Maui! and in Florida!

6. What was your biggest achievement of the year?Making it through a really busy year at work, trying to cover two jobs for a couple of month and coming out of the audit with flying colors

7. What was the best thing you bought?A Ducky Williams LE artist's proof for daughter, Jamie and having him personally autograph it to her.

8. What did you get really, really, really excited about?The Member Cruise and the Ducky Williams 1st ever Art Cruise in October.

9. Compared to this time last year, are you: a) happier or sadder? b) thinner or fatter? c) richer or poorer?a) happier, b)fatter, c)the same

10. What do you wish you’d done more of?spent more time on the Disney Magic and/or Wonder

11. What do you wish you’d done less of?Working

12. What was the best book you read?The Twillight series (thanks to my daughter Jamie for making me read them all)

13. What kept you sane?The Disboards! HAHAHA

14. How do you celebrate New Years Eve?Jamie is having her friends over from high school and we are having a big party at our house. She says at least 50 kids are coming.....

15. How do you celebrate New Years Day?Watching football games and cleaning up from the party HA

OMG, just sitting here watching the Kennedy Center Honors, and what a fabulous show!!!! The tribute to the Who, George Jones, Barbara Streisand and all of them have been fabulous! My favorite was George Jones' though. With all the wonderful guys, Brad, Randy, Alan and Garth. I sat and cried. How about you?
