09/13/09 SSMC09 S.S. Member Cruise 2009 - Part 4!

Well, like Susie, this will probably be my last night on also. I know that many of you have seen my status on FB, but the car is all loaded. All I need to do tomorrow morning is to feed the kitty and get myself ready.

I hope to be on the road about 4:30 tomorrow morning. That will put me at Sandi's house about 6 AM. We hope to make it down to Florence SC tomorrow, but time will tell. Since we are spending Saturday in St Augustine, we won't be able to make the DISmeet on Saturday, but I (& maybe Sandi) will definitely make the one on Sunday. I can't wait to meet all of you in person! This has been a great time getting to know everyone.

I'll be on for a little longer tonight, but I hope to have an early night to maximize my sleep.

Everyone have a safe & fun trip to FL!

For the FB folks, I will hopefully post a couple of status updates tomorrow so that people, particularly our other sister, can keep track of us.

hi everyone. we had pizza hut for dinner, i don't like their pizza but love the breadsticks so that is what i ate and of course i am now hungry. i really want a float but dh is still working and baby is sleeping so i sit on the couch drooling!

We had popeyes tonight. It was so good. It has been a while.

Oh, I love Popeye's chicken too. And we don't get very often either even though we have one about a mile away.

Are Popeye's is about the same distance. I love the dirty rice. My DS could eat there biscuts for dinner.

See we all have been talking to each other for so long that we are thinking a like.

Back from our ritual night before vacation dinner out. Went to Ruby Tuesday and had a very nice dinner.

The car is now packed except for a few things to take out in the morning.

Don't know if I'll be on before we leave or not. Most likely not so if I miss it safe travels everyone over the next few days. We'll check in from the hotel tomorrow night.

Hope to see many of you on Saturday and even more on Sunday! Then the party can really begin!

Does anyone else have a first day of vacation ritual?

On the first night of reaching any destination, we check into our room, go to the pool, then have room delivery pizza. We have been doing this for the past 12 years and it's considered bad luck if we don't.

We are packed- and if it isn't in the suitcase- oh well!! My FE gifts are not finished... but they are coming with me. Not to worry they will be done in time for the cruise!!
