09/13/09 SSMC09 S.S. Member Cruise 2009 - Part 4!

Dianne,

How ae you staying up? did you get a nap in?

No I didn't take a nap, I did very well. I would hve still been here afrter my last post, except something came up on my computer, which make it look like I had a trojan on my computer. I had to hurry up and run a virus scan, snd the computer came out clean.

DS told me there is a company out there, that actually gets you to down load a virus to make you think your getting rid of it, and then it invades your computer, so it can sell you there software to clan it up. and its prefectly legal. Now that is just horrible.

Sorry I missed the pirate and princess fun. Congrats

Ok next trip = if DH goes back to work, Jamica in Oct 2010, DS is planing a wedding for 10-10-10

Good Morning Everyone. :goodvibes

Figures that I don't have to work today and am up earlier than normal. Just couldn't sleep any more.

You were all very chatty last night. Carrie - the blizzard sounds good. Would like to try one of those thin mint ones. When DQ had the Girl Scout Peanut Butter cookie blizzard, my youngest DD had it and said it was great and wouldn't share. Not even a taste.

Our next trip, not to Disney, but we are going away is in November around Thanksgiving. Since DH's mom now lives in Texas and she has been diagnosed with colon cancer, we are going down there to see her. Plus my parents go down to Texas in the winter as well. But our next Disney trip is we are planning to go back down for Spring Break in March. :woohoo: And we will drive for both of these.

Happy Birthday

Lisa friend of MegaMouse House

and

Nick DS of SusiQZee

So in your opinion, Michael, how many samples might it require - each?? :lmao:

The Grand Marnier one was good, but they are $9 each and pretty small. I'll try the Grey Goose Lemon one day, but the prices are going to keep my sample size kinda small.

So... we all know when our next Disney vacation is..... coming up QUICKLY!

But, when is your NEXT one? already planned?:confused3

I do not have one planned at this point....

We are staying AKV Concierge Level after the cruise. We will be at BLT Magic Kingdom View in November for my birthday. We'll stay at BLT again in mid December for the Candlelight Processional. We were going to stay on property for New Year's Eve, but cancelled that reservation because of work schedules.

Good Morning All. Happy Labor Day!! :cool1:

It's going to be pretty cool and cloudy here all day so I'm kinda glad we have no real outdoor plans. Have a few errands to run and then packing for sure!

Happy Birthday Lisa
:bday: :cake: :bday: :cake: :bday:
Happy Birthday Nick

Good morning everyone! Didn't sleep well last night so I was very glad I had shut the alarm off for this morning. I slept in until 7:30 which is very very rare for me.

Looks to be a beautiful day here in Chicagoland. We don't have anything planned which is nice.

Have a great day everyone.

Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Tip Of The Day

Even if you have an inside cabin you can have a view from the bridge! Your tv has 3 channels dedicated to the cruise itself. These channels give you a wide variety of information. Once shows a camera facing forward just as if you were looking off the bridge. Another will show time, temperature, distance traveled etc. A third will show information you need to know. On at least one of our past Member Cruises they even had a special Welcome Home screen.

There are also channels that will run Disney movies on a regular basis. There will be a listing of what is showing when and where in your room.

Sorry to hear you didn't rest well last night Mary. Good thing you can just relax and take it easy today.

We are mostly packed and ready to go. Just have the last minute stuff and underclothes left to pack.

Need to get with my Mom today to go over the girls' schedules. And see if my niece will come stay the nights with them. Hopefully she will be able to. She just lives about 2 miles from us so she doesn't have far to go home.

Congrats to Flo on the :bride:

Congrats to Carrie on the pirate:

Just to let everyone know this was asked on the first thread before it was 1/2 way.

We do have one planned for early December. We're bringing one of our daughters and staying at Jambo House.

Wow, that sounds like a lot of driving. How far do you have to go? I hope your MIL gets better :flower3: .

Happy Birthday Lisa

Happy Birthday Nick

From us, too!

Joanne - It takes about 23 hours to drive to Florida and about the same for Texas. So, yep. Lots of driving. And thanks for the good wishes for my MIL. She is actually having surgery on Wednesday to have the tumor removed. She told us Friday that the cancer is only in that spot and has not spread. So that is good news.

Oh, that's really good news, Chris! I'll be keeping you all in my prayers!
