Hi Flo,

We are still stuck in the hot and muggies. It is 86 and very humid here again, hopefully we will cool off by the end of the week.

Dave,

It is supposed to be high 70's here the rest of the week but rain to. Oh well I have lived here my whole life so I should be used to this.

I'm able to stand at the end of our street and see the launches. We're about 70 miles NW of Port Canaveral. When our cable system carried HDNet, I would watch the launch on TV then run outside to see it.

Wow, that is so cool. My DS would love to visit your house at the next launch!!!

I really wish we could turn off our air. I like it when I can open the windows, but DH hates the humidity, especially after he's been working in it all day. Not to mention the fact that it's costing us a small fortune to keep it on!

Sue,

That is whY I turn it off $$$$. With me not working I will save money any way. BUt my Dh is the same. He likes it on. I will probibly turn it on again before he gets home.

Mark,

Is this not strange weather we are having? I had my air on last night now this morning I have it off and the windows open. It is only 66 by me. We have a nice breeze.

Yes very strange summer here in chicago. Actually I like hot weather.

Nice to meet you sue.

That is so nice! I would love that. BUt I am sure at times it can be loud?
No. But I'm kinda upset today. The more I look at it the more I don't like it. I'v been going to the same hairdresser for a long time, but I may have to change. I'm going to give it a few days and think about it, but I may have to get it cut again. :sad1:

Oh Sue I am so sorry.:) I hate when that happens. Like you said give it a few days and see if it grows on you.

Joanne and Sue:

That is to funny that the two of you are looking at the menus and picking out what you want to eat.:) I may have to check that out. Were did you both look at them. On the DIS?

Flo, I'm not sure I can post the website, so I'll email it to you if that's OK.

I will be seeing you again on that WBTA!!

Me, too. Me, too.

I'd love some 60s. Like Dave, we're stuck in the hot and muggies. Like you said, Flo, it's where we live and that's DC in the summer.

We've got way too much humidity to turn off the a/c, plus a daughter who suffers from severe allergies.

Did anyone book any excursions for this cruise? We just did our usaul getaway pkg for snorkeling (maybe I will find my wedding ring LOL) and bikes.

Sue let me tell you about my bad hair day.

When I was younger I got a perm. Well I used to go to him all the time. He used the small rollers. When he took them out it was not bad. But by Monday my hair looked like a brillo pad. I called him (did not go to work) and when I walked in you should have sceen his face. He trimed it a little but it still looked yucky. But I had to live with it or have him use the stripper and that I was not going to do. Now I think about it and laugh. not then.;)

Me, too. Me, too.

I think that cruise (WBTA) is going to be pretty cool as well. It will be so nice to meet you before we leave on that trip. We cruised with Annette and Amanda on last years members cruise.

Wow is everyone going on the WBTA? Did you all use points or $$$ ? :worship:

Yeah, living on the East Coast, hot and muggy is what we get alot of the time. I'd much rather be in the mid to upper 60's or low 70's. That's my favorite. I do like snow though we haven't had much in the past few years.
