Oh my goodness! This story brought tears to my eyes! My DH's sister is deaf... and I'm really trying to pick it up as best I can. I can pretty much finger spell at this point, and I know a few odds and ends here and there... but how awesome is that story!! That would certainly be one of my favorites too!! what a feel good story!!

So... what is the one thing that is a do not miss for you?

Either in a park, or on the cruise... what is your favorite ritual thing that you do every time you are there?

For the parks it is going to Magic Kingdom and visiting the Dumbo statue in the hub. I rub his ears and say hello.

For the cruise it is waiting to hear the horn for the first time. Love it!

Do any of you have a brick with your names on it, or a picture on the Epcot walls?

We do. Our brick is in front of the Magic Kingdom but over to the side where you get the boats to the Poly/Grand Floridian. We even have a small wooden replica in our house. My Mom has a brick we bought her in 1997 on the walkway over at the Poly. That was the year that we were supposed to go down with her but she was diagnosed with lung cancer. She died that October. So a little part of her is always at the Poly - her favorite resort.

Next week, on Saturday night while we're at DTD, we want to try the new balloon thing "Characters in Flight". Have you guys done that yet? It looks like fun!!

We plan on doing that when we get back from the cruise. Looks like a lot of fun and they now have something just like it at Chicago's Navy Pier.

Yep when a thread gets to be 250 pages or 3750 posts it need to be closed. Looks like we are definitely going to 4 threads for this cruise. I'll start a new one this afternoon if it looks like we're getting close to the cut-off mark.
