Well we are getting closer and we seem to have stalled talk wise and lost some of our regular posters. So now might be a good time for some questions. Some for new cruisers, some for repeat cuisers. Have fun!

Have you been on a Disney cruise before?

If no:

What have you read about that you can't wait to see or try?

What one question have you had that you just didn't know where or how to ask? (we're here to help)

If yes:

What was one of your favorite memories of the cruise? The first cruise we took the girls on and our servers in the dining room. Brendan could make this whistle sound and the girls just loved it. He was very good with them and had them smiling and laughing all the time.

What one thing have you done that you definitely want to do again? Palo!

What one thing haven't you done that you want to try this time? Not sure. I'd like to do the cabana massage, but I doubt it. Also Palo brunch.

What was one of your favorite memories of the cruise? We went on the 2007 Disney Legends one and my favorite was the last nights show with the three ladies who sang. I don't remember their names but one was from Wicked, one was the original Annie, and the other was from Broadway doing a show that I don't remember. I think the ones name was Andrea McCardle, who was Annie, and I remembered her from when I was a younger and she made me cry. I loved listening to her!

What do you enjoy about the Member Cruise? All the nice gifts you get everyday!

If you could choose one thing special for the Member Cruise what would it be? It to be longer!

Just finally getting around to checking back in on our cruise. I realized that our trip was in under 5 months and I haven't been posting on our thread since back in Oct/Nov right after I booked the trip. Bad Diser!!! I see that I have a ton of posts to catch up on but thankfully I have a few months to get them all read and get into the swing of things. I am just getting ready to book our pre-night on Saturday. Are most of the disers staying at one place. I would like to try and make some of the pre-cruise meets as they sound really fun.

I am ready to be on that boat today I tell you.

The one meet is at the beach club I know some people are staying there and a few are staying at the boardwalk. We will be at the boardwalks before the cruise. you could walk to the beach club from there.

I wanted to say thank you for the kind words for Kyle. I have not had a chance to show him all your Get Well Wishes yet but he'll be happy to see them.

I have to take him to get his cast on tomorrow. The big decision is ...What color cast to get. Wouldn't that be great if that was the only major decision in our life. The color of our cast.

I photo shoot of kids that young can not be an easy thing. The costumes sound cute. What catalog is she going to be in?

The old one is up now. I don't know when the new one will be up. The photographer was used to shooting little kids. He was very patient, as were the costume designers. They just ignored the crying and whining and moaning. They had food and drinks out all day for the kids. So that was nice.

I need to start my gathering of goods for my fish extender gifts. We have one of the few Disney outlet stores here in Hershey and everything was being clearanced. Gotta get there....

Bad news, while I was out having my knees replaced, the hospital had to cut 20 positions for budget cuts....mine was first to go. So now we have no wound care specialist and no ostomy nurse. I feel so terrible for the ostomy patients. Caring for someon with a colostomy or ileostomy is more than cutting a hole in a wafer and putting on a pouch. The expertise it takes to take care of issues with extensive wounds and ostomies is unappreciated by doctors and administrators. I still have a job, I am now working with the orthopedic surgeon...not using my brain at all, however.

In our town they also cut the wound/ostomy nurse position. So, I suppose this is becoming a trend. I hope all of the patients who are in need write letters to administration, or go to their congressmen...I work in a Veteran's hospital.

Of course, I cried and cried for weeks...and I would just burst into tears when anyone brought it up to me. I am better now, but it has consumed my life for months now. I just pray about it, that's all I can do.

So, I was going to work until I am 65, but now I will probably retire at 62 and I am 59 now. Unless I end up in a job that I love, that is.

As I was reading your post, I started to go oh no poor Susan! Then I read further and you still have a job. Sorry it is not the one you love. But it seams now a days it is all about $$$$ nto what is needed. that they change there mind.

My DH is like you. He wants to work till 65 he is now (58 end of month) but if they offer he a package at 62 or before that is good he may take it.
