I have never been on deck 9 or 10 during sail away. I am hoping to do so this time around.

Marsha - you definitely have to try to make it up to deck 9 or 10 while sailing away. It's just really neat watching as you leave the land behind and sail out into the open ocean. And there are usually people waving with the Mickey hands from Fishlips and one of the other restaurants.

Marsha - you definitely have to try to make it up to deck 9 or 10 while sailing away. It's just really neat watching as you leave the land behind and sail out into the open ocean. And there are usually people waving with the Mickey hands from Fishlips and one of the other restaurants.

Did you see my post about posiblely meeting for dinner at Fishlips, we are at port the night before also, though you may have to eat with DH I am trying to become Marsha's long lost relative and eat at House of Blues with her ....

I did see your post, DH is set on eating at Olive Garden for dinner the night before the cruise. Sorry I can't help....just tell your DH he'll have to eat alone while you go eat a REAL meal! Maybe you could offer to babysit for Marsha while on the ship and she'll swap dinner reservations with you. LOL!!!!!!

I am going to definitely give it a try. DS decided to take a nap during the sail away last year. He is taking a nap now. I might have to take DH on his offer (if he offers again). Last year he said I could go on deck for the continuation of the DIS meet at the sail away party but I did not take him up on his offer.
