Marsha, I ordered a thank you basket for my mom-for our 60th birthdays Chuck and I wanted our family to be with us,so as a present she pd for their cabins, and I ordered a beach basket for Molly-shovel,pail,sand things etc. and of course goldfish crackers. Shirley said they will be waiting in the room-she's having it go to one room because disney charges a delivery fee for each room!

GOOD MORNING, FEELS LIKE END OF AUG OUTSIDE. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN A COUPLE WEEKS AHEAD HERE. ALL THE FRUIT AND VEGATABLES ARE ABOUT 3 WEEKS AHEAD. WE ARE WELL INTO PEACH SEASON. 16 BOTTLES OF RUM ON THE WALL!!

Just finished grooming and it is HOT outside. I am icky and sweaty blech.

15 bottles of rum on the wall, 15 bottles of rum...Jasmine drank one got us closer to none...

Hey guys!! I need some advice/input. I plan to bring some kind of liquor on board with us. I like umbrella drinks... but just one...for the "vacation atmosphere". Then I switch to something "better". I like drinks that are a little sweet but not TOO sweet and I don't like rum and cokes. I had a fellow cruiser tell me to bring some rum or vodka with us and mix it with something like lemonade from the drink stand. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!

I PLAN ON BRINGING PARROT BAY BANANA RUM BUY IT ONCE WE GET DOWN THERE. IM BRINGING MY OWN DRINK TRAVEL BOTTLE IM GOING TO PUT MY RUM IN FIRST IN THEN STAGGER , IM MEAN WANDER UP TO BUFFET AND GET MY JUICE . MIX TOGETHER WITH ICE. THIS IS OUR 8th DISNEY CRUISE AND DIDNT REALIZE UNTIL NOW WE COULD TAKE LIQUOR ON BOARD. WE HAVE CRUISED CELEBRITY A FEW TIMES AND THEY DONT ALLOW ANY LIQUOR ON BOARD. WELL WE WERE ABLE TO BRING A COUPLE BOTTLES EACH AT THE HOME PORT IN PUERTO RICO. THE SECURITY THERE IS PORT SECURITY, AND THERE IS A DUTY FREE SHOP IN TERMINAL RUM BY THE PORT, HMMMMMMM SOUNDS LIKE SOMEBODY MIGHT GET A KICKBACK FROM LIQUOR BOUGHT AT THE PORT

Vodka mixes well with lemonade. I tend to like flavored vodka or coconut rum. Coconut rum I mix with pineapple juice, a few drops of grenadine and call it a Calypso-tini I will probably bring some stuff to make Calypso-tinis and stuff to make Italian Margaritas.

We went to the store this morning to get some rock for our landscaping and DH thought he bought enough. HAHA!!! It wasn't even enough to cover 1/4 of the area! So back to Menards we go.
