Just a few more days here in TX before we fly to Orlando for a couple of days at WDW before leaving for the cruise. I'm already craving all the good food, particularly PALO. I am also looking forward to seafood night and that wonderful lobster. As for formal night...in May 07 I wore a tux...ne'er again.

Being an island native (grew up on an island in Belize), I hate all that dressing up. So the best I will do is a nice shirt and slacks. I'll pack a tie just in case I feel like wearing it, but more than likely, just shirt and slacks will do.

As we say in Belize...we do it raggamuffin stylie.

I think being a grandparent is the best.
But Christmas time kills us... 4 of the buggers have birthdays that month!
one will be 18, the next is 17, next is 11 and the last for the year will be 7.And the other 10 mixed in somewhere.

Now you know why we take LONG vacations!

Being a grandparent is awesome. Having a third is exciting but it does mean more b-day gifts and christmas gifts and I don't have more money. But we will make due. Already attempting to plan the first cruise for this new little one. Hopfully some time in 2011. Right now we only have 4 day before we leave. I can't believe it is this close. 4 days

Must have been HOT in May in a tux! Same with us... dress for me and shirt/slacks for DH. We wear suits every single day to work, and the absolute last thing he wants to do is wear one on vacation! The tux may still get packed though.. he likes it and doesn't get to wear it often. Still has a tie with it, and that may be the deal breaker

Would love it if DCL would go to Belize!

Belize! Cool! I just saw a travel show about Belize and it looked really beautiful, I would like to visit there. I agree with you about formal stuff, would rather not dress up, but I will be wearing a suit.

We got our cruise docs today too! Yay! Gosh it feels so real right now, only 10 more days until I leave!

Dave...Gemma was our server at Palo as well! She was absolutely lovely and gave us the best tips on what to eat at brunch. For those of you who have been to Palo brunch...it is daunting! You definitely have to pace yourself!

I'll be on the Dis til the end of August. We fly out on 9/1 in the AM. I am so looking forwad to meeting everyone on board at 3 pm at the Mickey pool on 9/8.

Got our this past Saturday. I am sure your will arrive any time now. You are correct We are beyond excited. It is so close. 6 days at the world and 7 wonderful days on the magic. What a way to celebrate 20 years together. Lois

I got the call today from AAA that our docs are in - I'll go pick those up tomorrow.

Actually got a lot of packing and ironing done today. We are leaving next Tuesday for WDW so my goal is to be done by Thursday - I am too neurotic about my packing!

I am so excited!!! The best part will be celebrating my little guy's birthday with the mouse!

*****I am officially packed and ready to go. I spent all day yesterday packing like a crazy person. I'm ready to GO!!!!! Now, I have only 8 days left before we leave! Happy Monday.

Baracueda, you are a crazy woman! Thanks for the well wishes. Getting better. At least I'm keeping things down! I guess there is a stomach or intestinal virus going around. Lucky me, I got it! Of course, I work in an office where many children come through every day. Little fingers touching everything! Oh well.

KIDS another word for germ distributors!
Several weeks ago, we picked up 2 of our DGS in Utah, and having lunch with our DSIL's mom.
About a week later one of the grandsons ended up in the Urgent care with pink eye... next thing we all knew the other 5 grandkids had it! All got it from son in laws sister's son. YUP.... all delivered by little hands at lunch!

No one likes being sick... let alone right BEFORE a vacation... or worst... ON Vacation!
