Well I got to book everything I wanted except Palo. I am so sad. I had really hoped to get it. Oh well I will try once on board. I am the first dining rotation, does anyone know what time that is? I booked something that seems to be close to when we need to be dining, but not sure. Thanks.

Well I got my sister all set and we are able to be together for all our shore excursion. OMG I am so glad that is done now I can focus on the cruise. Oh that won't be any different than it has been for months now.

My wife is here for the first time and she says Hello! We were up early this morning getting our stuff reserved and it was easier to get up then i thought it would be with the kids literally kicking us out of bed!!! We didn't get our Palo, but my brother said he would give us theirs for the brunch, and we have a dinner reserved for the wifey and I for a romantic dinner which is past our normal bedtime of 9pm, haha! I don't think we will be sleeping much. If you are reading this at 4am eastern time, I hope you got your ressies as well so go to sleep, that's what we are going to do now too!!

I am glad that it worked out. Just a heads up unless that direct flight stays book up it may not be available come cruise time. We had direct flights last year and by the time we were to fly they were no longer even an option. I hope your remain. But they will always adjust filght times when they are the ones who made the change.

I don't fly much so I didn't know how that worked. I'm glad it worked out too.

I guess I have to pay for my cruise today. Sounds like Palos is filled already as far as internet bookings go but I'll give it a shot.

Going to try to go on Tuesday night.

Looks like a lot of you guys were up early today. I hadn't even gone to bed yet.

The DCL site was up and working early last night! We booked at 10:30pm MST.
DD and I were on the site at the same time to book and re-boook excurtions. It was more like..."switch and re-switch and put your name here and I'll take mine out"
Even at that time we didnt get a Palo time... anywhere!

Hey ya'll! (Getting into my southern accent now that we are headed home)

This is for anyone coming to the WDW meet at Saratoga Springs with us:

If anyone has any food allergies PLEASE let us know so we can accomodate you. Right now we are planning on getting some platters from Chik-fil-a (nuggets, fruit salad, chicken salad sandwiches, etc) and having chips and dip/salsa. I would hate to have someone come who couldn't eat so please let us know. Also, if anyone needs a ride to the meet we will be more than happy to taxi you to and from SSR. DD Amber will have her CRV there and we will have the 4 door pick up. Might take us a few trips but we will be glad to get everyone where they need to be. Just let us know.
Also, (I have an awful lot of alsos today) I will have "Hello, my name is" tags for everyone to fill out for the meet and maybe some other fun stuff

PLEASE feel free to bring the whole FamDamly (as ours will be there also).

I'm getting excited for this cruise. If we can just get past this surgery I can realy go int planning mode!!!

The leis will be one dollar each and you can pay us when you pick the up. The braclets are 1.50 each and that would go to Baracuda (the other Ann) I think she is collecting when she delevers as well.

Stateroom (number this will help in locating each other once on board)

Dining plans:
I need to confirm the number of DISer who want to attend the Lunch at 11:30 on Monday as well as those who plan to attend the Jammie breakfast at 7:30 Friday before Castway.
TinkerbellTris is setting these up with DCL I am just keeping the list in order to give DCL a number of expected attendees.

Leis: We need to know how many leis to order and where you think it would be best to pick them up. The options are 1) WDW Meet 2) MCO Meet 3) Mickey pool Meet @ 3:00 PM on 9/8 4) to have them delivered to your room. We need this information no later than the thrid week in July to give us time to place the order and assure they can be delivered before we head out. Leis are expected to cost just 1 dollar each. These can be paid for when you recieve your lei.

Hi!

It took me a week to catch up to the last page of this thread but I feel that I know you all well.

My DH, Bob and myself, Jill, will be sailing on September 8. I just booked last week. We have a verendah room but don't know where we will be located yet. We also don't know which seating we have but we usually end up with late seating due to traveling childless. Our DD, age 22, went on a three day with us in Feb but she is not coming on this one.

I was able to book Palo right away because we are CC members. I think this is number 14 for me! We are dining there the first night of the cruise.

We haven't booked any excursions yet. Not sure if we will or not. We are definitely in for the pub crawl in Key West! Irish Kevin's is our favorite!

We don't need to order leis. I hosted a bridal shower in April and have a few left over that we can use. Don't know about the breakfast or the lunch....let me check with the other half on that.

The last cruise that we went on, Carnival Glory, we ended up meeting a great couple on the Cruise Critic website and spent a lot of time with them.

We are very excited about this trip! Can't wait to meet you all.

Glad you are interested in the pub crawl/bar hop. I am the official "host" of that one! As we get closer I'll set up a specific itinerary, generally speaking it will be the afternoon of our Key West port day.

Pretty In Tink, thanks for the ride offer. We may take you up on it! We will be staying at Port Orleans, so we'll just have the bus system to tote us around, not a great system for getting to specific resorts.
