Evening all! I have been going non stop since 6am! Anywho, we braved the Chevy dealership today and came home with a Chevy 4 Door 1500 LT pickup LOADED. Its a 2006 and we love it. I'll get some pics up soon. We got it for about 4500 under Kelly Blue Book, and Kevin got them to extend the warranty 6 years and throw in a new set of tires. The sales guy was super nice and helped us out a lot. I'll post some pics tomorrow sometime.

Thanks Stina. We love it, although I have no idea when I will get to drive it as Kevins butt has been firmly planted in the drivers seat. Maybe later today......

Mazda3's are cool cars. I rode in one once. They have a pretty neat dash/interior. I also see a lot of them while we are driving around the country.

The GREATEST part of getting a new truck is that dsAlex gets our old one and he won't know it until July. His 17th birthday is July 23 and he thinks he's getting a clunker. Kevin told him that we traded in our old truck yesterday on the new one. Our old one is a 2001 chevy silverado. We have had it for 2 years and my mom bought it brand new before we bought it from her. So we know its dependable safe transportation for him. Kevin told him we bought him a car yesterday. he is DYING to know what kind and keeps asking questions about it. Kevin, when asked what color the "fake" car was, told Alex that he wasn't really sure because of all the rust Alex can't stand for someone to keep a secret from him so this should be fun.

I have an entire room of my house devoted to my LOVE of all things Wizard of Oz and most importantly JUDY GARLAND! (we have friends who are gay and they swear I was a gay man in a former life, considering my love of JG, Cher, Manilow, and Wonder woman )
So Alex is getting me some Wicked loot as a consolation prize.
Well, off to get some stuff done! I'm getting my wishbook in order for my excursions! Almost time!!!!!!!!

My son graduated high school today. Now for his party this saturday. The next Saturday we leave for a cruise!!

Me too. Booking at 75 days that is. Awwwww, it sux!!!!! But that's o.k. I hope i still get the excurssions I want and the times I want also. Well I also just found out that the DCL bus will not pick us up at Wilderness Lodge, and my transportation is a disaster! We tried throwing so much stuff onto this trip that I've created a transportation fiasco! So here is what I was hoping for....DCL to pick me up from Wilderness Lodge and take me to the port. Then pick me up from the port and drop me off at Universal Studios. Hahahahaha now you can all laugh. Of course they won't do that. So I had to cancel my DCL transfers and have no idea how I'm getting there. Yep, and I had it all thought out. I guess this proves I work to much, that I actually thought DCL would take me to Universal. Not only that I left out the best part, how I thought DCL would come back for us at Universal studios and take us to the airport. HAHAHAHA how's that for plannin! So I am transportation free. This will be my top priority tomorrow since I am off.

Ther are a number of services you can use to get to the Port and from the port to Universal Studio. It will all work out. I am sure someone on these boards has the answer and a good recommendation. You can search the general questions section. You still have 90 days or so to figure this one out. do let us know what you decide to do.

I am going to be with all who are booking their excrusions on the 75 day mark. Since my sister is cruising with me and she is a 1st timer I am going to make both our plans. I was hoping since we were linked that I could make hers at the 90 day mark but no such luck.

Remember folks that I am adding the excursions to the roster if you want. this will allow others to see if others maybe on the same excurions as you. Just post or PM me the information and I will add it. Happy planning to all of those who get to book their excursions this weekend. To those who are waiting I do not believe you will have any issues getting what you want.
