Rose is on TV? For what?

We were at Red Robin on Monday night celebrating Sabrina's Bday and my face pops up on TV during Monday Night Football. When I'm on TV Chuck always says it's "America's Most Wanted". Actually it's a Comcast ad to encourage business owners to contact me to market their company

Rose is the Nurse Manager of an orthopedic floor of Baptist Hospital Jacksonville. The new all this week is covering how joint replacement surgery and recovery occurs. And the News followed a group of patients through their surgery to physical therapy starting the day after surgery to release within the week. Rose was interviewed several times during the hour program and narrated much of the rest of it. Then the next day she has to man the phone bank on the evening news to answer public questions about joint replacement therapy.

I am watching Rose on TV right now. She was on an hour long special last night and on the news again tonight.

That's cool too! When I first read 'Nurse Manager" I thought "I hope she's not stuck giving 100,000 people a flu shot. They were showing lines of a drive-thru clinic (somewhere?) that was a mile long!!

Thanks for everyone's well wishes. Savannah was so wonderful and gentle. She will truly be missed.


I just returned from Disney. It was hot, but empty!!! We walked on every ride. For those of you that homeschool the Homeschool program was fantastic. We especially loved "The American Story."

I promise I will start adding photos soon.

Nah. Rose rarely sees patients anymore. I prefer to say she is more manager and less Nurse since her last promotion.
