I didn't know we were keeping track of the pirates . Now, you have created a monster. I promise to get another one this evening. You don't want to get Bill started. He is VERY competitive, but in a fun/good way.

It seems like it took forever to get to 2000. The past 300 posts went by quickly! I thought y'all were joking about reaching 3000. We just might do it!

I predict we'll get to 5000 by December

So how many Pirates for the big 5K????

It was fun. I now can patch the holes in the walls, both small and large. Put in moulding, build a fence and make a planter box! They had sandwich makings, fruit trays, veggie trays, cookies, sodas, coffee for us too. And they gave us all little gifts. We got our own measuring tape, one of those flat pencils you use to mark on the wood, carpenter's pencil I think it is called, and a pencil sharpener to go with it. DH does not even have a sharpener for his flat pencil, he has to use his pocket knife to sharpen it. Also got a tiny little tin tool box full of mints. Very fun, my friend and I laughed a lot and are now prepared to surprise our hubbies with completed projects!

Now I have a problem. Will still believes in the Tooth Fairy. We put his tooth under his pillow in a baggie when he went to bed. I just went to put some $ in it and I can't find the baggie. I kept rolling him over (it was a sight, sleeping kid and mom is tipping him over) and can't find it! Luckily, football practice wears him out. He's a very sound sleeper. I am on the computer right now to print him a note from the Tooth Fairy. It is going to tell him to keep the tooth and money. I have to type the note, because he will recognize my handwriting. He is a smart kid.

Since I was on the computer, of course I had to check the DISboards.

The last time Jasmine lost a tooth she left a note for the tooth fairy asking if she could keep her tooth. Well I forgot to put $ under her pillow that night!! So the next day she figured that the tooth fairy didn't leave any money because she'd left the tooth instead. So that night the TF delivered a note saying she'd had to check with her supervisor to see if she could leave the tooth and money, and that it was okay!

I've heard that if the kids lose a tooth on the ship, that the TF will visit them there! I believe its Guest Services that you tell.

I know what you mean. I have a separate email folder to keep track of all the cancellations I've made for our trip! I think I'm finally set.

Just when I thought there was nothing else to change...I decided since I'm getting $800 back on my airfare, I'll splurge and rent a limo to/from the port!

I'm waiting to get a confirmation back from Happy Limo. But it looks like I'll be able to get an Excursion Stretch Limo for only about $300 more than the 2 luxury cars I'd booked for the way down, and the 12-pax van I had for the return to the airport.

Hopefully the limo is available!

That will be very fun for your group, Wendy! We have 2 mini vans rented from Avis for the trip to the port. We will be pretty packed with all our luggage since there are 13 of us. But, I think we can do it. I will tell the folks to pack light. (not likely!)

Today was errands day.. Since we leave tomorrow morning *i assume* for Delaware for the weekend, I thought I'd get some errands done..

Bank, *deposited paychecks*

Dollar Store, *got some More goodies for Secret Mickey*

Michael's Arts and Crafts, *bought a self teaching knitting kit* A group I belong to is starting a knitting class and I wanted to see if I could do it before going to the class...

Going out of business Shoe store * bought not 1 but 2 pair of shoes!! How much you ask?? A whopping $1.00 !! Yup Only spent $1.00 DH will be So Proud of me.

Grocery Store, *bought some snack stuff to bring on the trip and some ICECREAM!!! well it was On sale

Came home and DS's car was gone, chicken nuggets half cooked on the counter, oven still warm, stero in his room on.. But no DS Called his cell, no answer.. 10 minutes later in the door he walks.. He was on his very 1st volunteer first aid call !!! and then about 15 minutes later, Off he goes for his 2nd call !! Poor kid couldnt even finish his food..

Good shopping!! They were GIVING the shoes away! That's what I always say to DrHug when I come home from the Disney Store sales. They were GIVING it away, how could I not take it? Speaking of... I think we will stop by there tomorrow and see about Pirate T-shirts for the group. If I can get us shirts for $4.99 we will grab them. We go to nephew's birthday party at 5 tomorrow so we will see the crowd there and could give the shirts to them.

Well I just decided that I'm going to see if I can get on the E/B Repo next summer. I've wanted to do the PC for years, and how better than on the Magic??

If we do get on, it'd mean cancelling my Princess cruise in June, but we can do Northern Europe in 2009 instead (hopefully on DCL!)

After all you folks in the states wake up, I'm going to see about getting on a waitlist.

I don't think you will have much luck getting a Cat 3. They were booked first day and there is a waiting list. I think the whole cruise is booked and with a waitlist. I would just ask to get waitlisted for any room available if you really want to go.

I'm going to keep checking on the availability daily. But the only cats they'll take a waitlist for on a soldout cruise are cats 1-3. I dont' know if I'll be able to afford a cat 3 for the 15 days, but at least it gets me on the list.

I could waitlist with one of the TAs, but all they are doing is calling everyday. And I figure I can do that myself!

If I don't get on, then I'll just accept that it wasn't meant to be!

DU is giving a healthy credit, so might as well go for it.
