We're at SSR....our first time home!

When we checked in at Brussels, the UA agent took all our ME luggage tags off She said it might confuse the luggage scanners. I wish I'd known she was going to do that, because then I would've waited to put them on until we went through customs in Washington DC. It worked out anyway. We just gave our claim checks to the ME folks at MCO and they got our bags for us.

We stayed up late last night and were able to sleep in until 9am. So I think we're pretty much adjusted to the time change. Our flights went smoothly, although we were delayed for an hour in Dulles due to the snowstorm.

The weather here in Orlando is great!

I'm still here. Last day of work. We have a 6:30 am flight tomorrow morning, weatherman is calling for 2-4 inches of additional snow over night. I hope they don't cancel our flight. If they do, we have a day and a half to get to Orlando. Hopefully they can squeeze the two of us in somewhere.

No time to catch up this morning, but I do need to ask for prayers from anyone who is willing. My neice (Spoiledbrats3) who is with us got a call from the person watching her house that they were flooded yesterday. There is at least 4 feet of flood water in her home. You all may have seen the flooding in WA/OR on the news. Her neighbor said Geraldo Rivera was in their neighborhood. She is naturally very worried. She does have flood insurance which is a blessing. We plan to continue with our trip, relax and enjoy and deal with all of this mess after the cruise. Prayers will help her and her family alot. Thank you and we will see you all Saturday.

Yeah..."scattered thunderstorms" are typically the forecast for the Caribbean...they go as quickly as they come...no worries!

Well, they are also calling for rough seas and thunderstorms. Hope not.

Hi! Doing some last minute shopping and packing today and then we'll be all ready. I also need to pull out the video camera and see how much space I have left on the current tape (are they still tapes?) and determine if it'll be enough.

I just heard the shuttle is scrapped today, and is suppose to go up 4 ish on Friday. Yippee

I'm here!! and I can Feel the excitment pouring out of this thread right now as everyone is getting to their Pre Cruise destinations and for those of us at home scurring around like chickens without heads getting all the last minute details set and packed..

We are going to Ha Na Japanese Steak House tonight for dinner with Friends DH told them it is our "Farewell" dinner in case we don't come back

Can they delay the Shuttle 1 more day? Plzzzz... Then we can all see it from the ship!!

I need to get my nails done today so I am going to call and see how busy they are.. I also want to dust the furniture, even though it will be dusty again when we get back, but still.. it needs to get done..

I added stickers on my Door magnet to give it a little more color.. Oh and I will print out the Final Secret Mickey Exchange list and make a bunch of copies.. I was hoping to use pretty Christmas paper, but, it became 3 pages long when I added the details in of ages..

I just loaded up the video camera and played the tape from Australia. I have 33 minutes left on the tape. I'm trying to figure out if that will be enough for the week. You don't think 33 minutes is long, but considering most taping is only 30 seconds or a minute total, it could be. Like... "this is us pulling into St Thomas...." etc. Unless I decide to tape some kind of actual event.

I'm thinking I'll get another tape while I'm out today to be sure.

I have 2 digital Cameras with extra memory sticks.. we don't have a Video Camera.. We recently fooled with settings on 1 of the digitals so I am bringing both to see if that corrected the problem of the Pixelated pictures or if it really is Walgreens where we get them developed

I called and got my nail appointment for tomorrow morning at 10:30 instead of today.. I don't want to have to brush the snow off my car so hopefully by dinner at 6 it will be defrosted..
