Now I can check my PM, and Go Back to Bed :cloud9:
Thank You ALL for taking Pity on me and Not stealing my pirate: from me.. Especially since I did all THAT work to catch him..

:grouphug:

I Love You All :thumbsup2

Oh and did you notice we are soooooooooo going to make it to 15,000 before setting sail

Good morning I am sitting here waiting for the 24 hour mark to check in and print our boarding passes to VEGAS!!! The housekeeper is coming today so I put smell good stuff down on the carpet even though I have not showered and I stink.

The flights to VEGAS are almost completely full and the flight home is PACKED. I want DH to fork out the $600 to upgrade us to first class. It is 4.5 HOURS flying there. He is bringing the portable DVD player and Ocean's 13 to get us in the Vegas mood.

IIRC, there is only one LA based person on this thread. So most of the rest of you do not know the joy that is IN/OUT burger. It is sooo good. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

We are in a bit of wait and see mode though as DD announced last night "Mommy my throat hurts", That is going to be just wonderful as we cannot drop her off if she has a fever. And the DOCTOR is not in today. :sad1:

Ok, off to Bed for me :cloud9: I hope the phone doesn't wake me out of my well deserved sleep.. No alarm, first time in 2 weeks..

It will be nice to see my pirate: count go up by at least 2 ;) Now IF I was Really trying for a pirate: I'd be a Happy camper :rolleyes1

We also won a trip to the BCS bowl last yeat and DH regifted that before I could stop him. After he gave the trip away the promotions department told us we could have taken over $6000 cash. no more missing stuff.

Yea if you get that this year we might be interested. GO TIGERS

I will let you know. We are not big football fans. My DD(7) did ask to go to the college game on Saturday so DH was up buying tickets online last night.

I am not expecting any tickets/trips this year. We got them form one of our vendors and everything is so slow this year no one is giving anything away.:sad2:

We got screwed by my DH's godfather last time as long story short, he sold our tickets before we knew it and claimed he donated the funds BUT we know different. DH just said he was going to take me to the SEC on my b'day in a couple of weeks BUT knowing him I'm sure he hasn't planned for anything.

Just curious - where will you guys be in LV? I have a lil brother that is opening up a couple of new restaurants this weekend. I'll have to get back with you on the names.

Do you know who will be playing the SEC game? We are Bulldog fans, but really don't follow the games. Go Dawgs!

LSU :cheer2: vs Georgia, Tennesee or Florida? We've had season tickets for about 10 years (actually buying DH's godfather's since he can't afford them). Both LSU grads here so guess you can say we bleed PURPLE and GOLD[/COLOR]

I did not even know that Georgia was in the running. GA vs. LSU, how fun! Where is the game going to be played?

When I was in school I followed the athletics much more closely. I worked for the athletic dept and had great seats to everything, knew all the players and DD got passed over the hedges at every game. Her sitter was the Bulldog mascott at the basketball games. It was a lot of fun.

Last Saturday my son's peewee football team had a scrimage football game in Sanford Stadium before the big game. It was so much fun and he will always be able to say he played football between the hedges. :cheer2: I think I made over 200 pictures and video taped the whole thing.

So who IS going to be going shopping on Black Friday? Do you go every year? Is it a tradition for you? What time do you actually get up to go? Do you kinda wake up, roll out of bed, dress and go? or do you shower, have coffee, breakfast and wake up even earlier then the stores open? I am curious where / how "Black Friday" got it's name :confused3

If you're "in the black" does that mean you made a Profit.. or is that "in the red"

Yup, being in the black is profit... in the red is loss. I've done Black Friday shopping of the "roll out of bed" type before, but only when there was a really good deal on something specific. Usually electronics. I've just gotten too old (and too loose with the money?) to do that to myself anymore.

The first time I ever had In&Out, the middle of the burger was very pink. Like... practically raw ground beef, pink. It really kinda put me off them. I gave them one more chance and that time, the fries were so undercooked they were still hard. :confused3 So now when we need a burger fix, we just do Jack in the Box.

Have you tried Five Guys, it is my favorite? My husband loves Hamburger Hamlet.

I really need to start school for my son. I am so mad with this new public school homeschool thing. I don't think our assigned teacher made it out of elementary school.

Hubby has not told me, but from what I understand it is not on the strip this time. I know that Planet Hollywood is doing their 'Grand Opening' this weekend which will be nice to avoid all the starlets and wannabes.

If it's the one I'm thinking of, I've had it when I was back east, but they don't have it out here. I could be thinking of the wrong things though. :headache:
