We have been on Deck 2 twice and it is a fine deck.....actually they are all fine decks! We have been on all but 8.

We were on Deck 2 twice--actually once, really, because it was our back-to-back. We loved it! We were under the galley for Triton's (we were on Wonder), and it was very quiet. It's very convenient to food on Deck 3 and to getting on and off the ship on Deck 1. We originally had a room booked on Deck 2 anyway, although it was further aft.

I don't think Bill (DH) will be online much today. He IMd me a little while ago during a break writing that they had to close their laptops during their class today. I guess the instructor caught on to their IMs. So, he has to actually pay attention today.

I saw the same thing and I was like... Whaaaaaaaaattt

I can't even fill out our Credit Card information.. All we have is the plane flights locked in.. Anytime I try to add anything it says Error.. I need to be a Florida resident to do that.. So I guess I will have to do it at the terminal..

I did call DCL the other day and I'm glad because they only have us with our PO Box in Jersey and not our physical address.. They don't send the packet to PO Boxes..

So how do they get them to folks with PO Boxes?? DSis and DNiece both have PO Boxes.

I think ours was 6583 if that helps. VERY easy to get to and from the kids
clubs from there!

Hey! That is Sweetpea's room this trip. No, I'm not afraid to post what room we are in. If some stalker wants to book this cruise just so he/she can hang out by our room then let them hang!

OBTW .... we got our room assignment too

We are still on Deck 5 but instead of the bow we in the aft cabins. It is very near the aft elevators and the theater. The reservation says that 5127 is a Cat12 but the reports call it an 11.

I'm just happy to have a room

I'm trying to talk DH into booking a 3-day while we're on board. Our anniversary is in Feb. and our boys are old enough to be comfortable staying with friends for that long. We don't have any family down here in FL - we have to rely on our friends, so we have really never left them other than for occasional dates.

Hopefully I can get DH to spring for another short cruise. I'd love to end this one knowing I was going back in a couple months

The only thing that is left undone is calling ME for our transport from MCO to WDW and back to MCO. I was waiting to hear if DVC had an opening at the AKV for the two days before the cruise but so far no answer. I'll call DVC tomorrow and check. If no AKV then I'll call ME for the transport.

Congratulations to everyone on getting their room assignments today! It has to be a big relief and it also cements the fact that the cruise is right around the corner.

DCL does not use regular mail.. They use UPS, Fed Ex or some type of delivery service.. Which won't deliver to a PO Box..

We have a physical address for Packages using those types of delivery services so they just needed ours for our cruise documents..

There are NO cabins available for our sailing, I just checked.

Bill had Chinese food at lunch. He and another co-worker rave about this buffet they go to. Bill joked that he only got 30 minutes for lunch today because of the class he was in. They drove to the buffet, ate and drove back to work in plenty of time. I would have liked to have seen that. I stand corrected, I made a post a few pages back that we don't do buffets that much. Bill makes an exception for this particular buffet.

We went out to Damon's...a steak house, with trivia. DH and I didn't do so well though. Usually we kick butt!!! Oh well.
