I am so excited they will be showing Enchanted! I've been bugging DH that I want to go see it, but he keeps rolling his eyes...

Emi, you must have been *really* bored at work! Maybe a career with DCL is in the cards for you? You and (almost) DH could work on a ship together (think Mickey and Minnie...) :rotfl2:

I work at Disney Reservation Center, it is the internal dcl website. I am in training for the next 3 weeks and these 6am to 230pm days are killing me! We are only allowed to be on disney websites at work, gotta pass the time:surfweb: I wish df worked at Disney, then we could move to Celebration:love: Tampa is killing me!

I don't want to spoil dining rotations for anyone (some people might like the suprise???), but i feel very disapointed to see how its done :sad1:

Ok.. I gotta ask. How is it done? From everything I've read, and my own personal experience, it seems like LAPLAPL is given as first choice to adult couples traveling without kids.

I figured that's how it was done... they tried to work out the demographics of the cruising parties and then group them as well as possible. Are you gonna tell me they throw darts at a board? :lmao:

Can you tell us where you found the DCL site? Is it top secret? I am brand new at this and no nothing.

Sorry :sad1: Disney employee site. I tried to get to it from home today, but it can only be accessed from work computers.
I did find out that alchohal is officially allowed on DCL, I though you would have to smuggle it on like other cruise lines.

OK, my interest is peaked too. :listen:

I went to high school with a girl who is on Bay Channel News. I think that is the name of the program. Her name is Jen Holloway, it was Jennifer Waldroup in high school. I guess Jen is her stage name. Have you ever seen her on the news? I would just love to watch a broadcast.:happytv:

I wish they had special trained dining rotation mice that picked names from a hat! Its divided between families with kids(8pm), families(8:15), and Adults (8:30). I just thought it would be a bit more random. Your are right on the LAPLAPL (for late dining adults). And i thought i found out some sort of secret!

For the attire, all i remember is that we have Formal night the 3rd night.

:lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: After a while here, you'll find there are people that go through every little detail and have it all figured out. I'm not one of them, but I value the opinions of those people that are. :thumbsup2 It makes sense though since the munchkins usually need to be fed first. :)

Ok, you MUST tell... Plz Plz Plz... So many of us have other reservations, like Palo and Spas that ALL depend on the Normal dining rotation... :scared1:

Wow, I didn't realize we were getting so close to the princess: !!!!

She would be the weekday morning anchor for Bay News 9 (the local all news channel) I believe i have seen her (i googled the name hoping for a picture)
In my google search i found her website, looks like they have videos there
http://www.jenniferholloway.com/

I went to high school with Candice Parker (womens basketball player, she has been on the cover of sports illustrated etc)
thats my claim to fame!

Although i did see Princess Diana at the Magic Kingdom when i was 8!

Wow it's really quiet!! I hope everyone is at dinner!!!

If not, we can email them. We got suckered into ordering the horribly overpriced Disney Wedding picture CD.

That's really cool! I didn't realize they did picture CDs. I'm guessing that means you can take it home and print out whatever pictures you like. Do you know if they do that for "regular" people? Or is it just a wedding package thing? Will it just have your wedding pictures on it or whatever you want from Shutters?

Hmm. I never really liked the idea of "Ok, here's your 8x10 and here's your 6x8" but a picture CD would be good for choosing your own stuff back on land.
