When we had to move West for DH's work, we kept our house back east but rented it out. The first instruction to the property manager was "NO COLLEGE KIDS!"

That's funny. We live in a college town and used to rent houses. From our experience, the college kids paid their rent on time and took reasonably good care of our houses. It was the local cop whose rent always bounced and the primary school principal who rented a place for her convicted sex offender son who gave us problems. Oh yes, and friends. Most of the college kids parents paid the rent for them a week or two early. It was great.

The house we are in was not taken care of by the boys. There were ten or so in the main house and 2-3 in the guest house. But I think more. The night they moved out they took at least 6 kegs. I think they had a great time in the house.

What a time to lose my connection! I'm back, and I'm gone. My friends are doing well in their districts (at least right now), so I'll be back in the morning! Unfortunately, I'll also be in my office in the morning, but I think I can handle it for the few days that are left!

Well, don't work too hard. It's late back there.
Boy do I ever have a list of honey-do's. Yikes! I think I am going to try to get the cabinet put together and UP, tonight. Sheesh!

Is this the normal rate for cat 12, how do you find out when it will be that cheap? Do you know a cheap week for next year? We may book while we are on the ship.

The Dec 9 western last year had great deals on 12 gty a month or so out also. Whenever they need to fill the ship it happens. Several DISers moved to cat 12gty on that one also

Yes it was. They are all kinda fun, but the more people the "funner" it is!

It took 14 minutes from post 9950 to 10000. More than 3 and a half posts per minute. That's gotta be our record.

Ohhh Where are you moving to?? Florida?? Retirement and living on DCL??

Retirement, Missoula, Montana as home base, motorhome visiting DIS friends and others much of the year when we are not at WDW using our DVC or cruising. That is the motivator to get these projects done.
