85 weeks still sounds a loooooonnnnngggg time - when it is 8.5 weeks I will be happy (though not as happy as i will be on August 15th 2009 waiting at the DCL terminal trying to spot you guys in the check in lines!)

Had a fine old time at High School Musical on Ice this afternoon! Having not seen the movies, we were treated to a fast-paced two-part plotline resume and now feel like fully paid up members of the Wildcats cheerleading team! Oh yeah, our heads are most definitely in the game...

Prior to the performance, we very much enjoyed a tapas and sangria-fest - yummy...

Does that mean if there is a HSM family dance party on our cruise then you'll be joining Kristin, Nikki, Ed (Ed you know you want to) and me out on the dance floor? Who else is with us?! (Samantha, it's a requirement that you join us! But you'll probably want to stand far away from me. )

Good points - all the saving is going towards the airfares but I will have to sneak some more into the cruise spending fund - I am a sucker for photos (most scrapbookers are) and then of course there are alll the spa treatments I fancy oh and the Bahama Mamas and Razztinis which I enjoyed so much last time... yeah ok, maybe it is good that there are 85 weeks still to go LOL!

Sorry I have not been around. Abby I got your email I promise I will respond either tonight or first thing tomorrow. I had a VERY ROUGH day today. The Dr. said the third and fourth day would be the worst and boy was he right. Today was AWFULL.....I went over to my parents house to see my nephews who were visiting from Massachusetts and all my Dad's family were there too. Boy it was tooo much on me....I went and slept in my parents bed for three hours. I am in bed now with the laptop......Took some pain pills and feel better now....

Thanks everyone so far for sharing your highlights/events etc.!

Hershey sounds fun! That is one place I would like to take the kids sometime. We are going to the Cincinnati Zoo Monday night and I also bought tickets for the Polar Express 4-D movie there. Then we are spending the night in Cinci and going to the Newport Aquarium on Tuesday. I have never been to either places so I am looking forward to the trip.

We actually visited both of those in 2006. It was part of a surprise birthday trip from my wife that summer. I'm a long-time Reds fan (long-story, too!). I usually catch a Reds game once a year when they come into Philadelphia. My last trip out to Ohio was in 1990 when they won the World Series. I asked for tickets to see the Reds in '06 and was expecting to see them in Philly. My wife put together a nice family trip out to Ohio & Kentucky and I was able to see two games. We also took in a lot of the other sites as well. All this talk about Cincy has been craving some Skyline Chili.....

Hershey is pretty fun (though we aren't actually too fond of Hershey chocolate!). It's odd though - they have "character appearances", breakfasts, and so forth. No Mickey or Cinderella here though - it's 6 foot walking candy bars!
