It seems amazing that the games are shown elsewhere in the world... Last year, DH and I were in Barbados and one morning he went to a Sports Bar at 11am as they were televising an Aston Villa game that wasn't even being shown in England!!!??? He was delighted to get a footie fix and I happily relaxed on the beach for a while...

Off to have breakfast.... Sunday is the only day we have breakfast as a family..... then off to the gym this AM.. brrrrr it's cold outside, but the worst is yet to come tonight....

Good Morning Everyone,

Catching up from yesterday AM - DD and I spent all afternoon shopping - she needed new jeans and a dress for Snowcoming...Thank goodness we found both....its really hard to find a really nice formal dress in 0 or 1....Stopped and had dinner at Johnny Carino's - blew my diet....etc..

We are going to come down the night before the cruise, not sure where we are going to stay or if it will be more than one night. DD probably will not want to miss that much Cross Country practice. Since there will be 7 of us we will probably rent a Van or Limo for the trip to the port and back.

We went a day early with our last cruise, stayed at the CR and went to MNSSHP, then stayed a few days after BCV and went to EPCOT Food Festival - Both were alot of fun.

Can 't wait until the excursions come out, will probably Dive in Tortola, and go to the beach where we have a time share in St Thomas...We did an all day trip from ST Thomas in 06 to BVI, we had a group of 16- Baths, then snokeling, and then a beach with a bar that served the best drink...I am not sure I want to do another all day trip but who knows....

Wow!!! I'll tell DH!!! It's being played as our equivalent of "Monday Night Football" - so my DH and DS will be sitting here in front of the TV feeling very tense...

Absolutely agree. My DS doesn't do homework, he does prep - preparatory work for the next day's classes. It's kept short and sweet but he's at one of the UK's top schools and is doing really well...

My oldest brother, ( the one I get along with), when he was in school, would always have the correct answer, He never showed how he did it.
The teachers were always ragging on him, so he got sent to the principals office. The guy had the nerve to say to him, look out the window, you see that guy digging a ditch, thats all you will end up doing.

Well being the wise a** most tanagers was, my brother proudly said,
well if I do, I still will make more money than you

We're thinking of scheduling a private boat in the Grand Cayman in December - if it's fun I think we may do that again in St Thomas. I know my DS wants to scuba in Tortola so will just accommodate that. As for Dolphin Encounters - I think we'll stick with Discovery Cove at WDW. I read an article about the resort-based encounters which upset me so...

I thought about doing the day at Discovery cove, but this fata*s in a suit, I might get mistaken for shamu

We-ell, we're thinking we might make the cruise part of an extended lorida vacation. We're thinking of renting a villa in the Orlando area for the week prior to the cruise and staying at AKV the week after... The limo idea sounds awesome - my DS would love that too. Who am I kidding, I'd love it!!!

the only thing wrong with long limos, unless your in the forward facing seat, you may get car sick
