Some people put cow catchers on the front of their trucks and 4 wheel drives here....mostly for cutting through brush when they go off-roading.

I'm guessing in Florida, they're used to sweep the old people off the streets.

Ohhh..that was evil and I'll probably burn for it!



gaRry.....I WAS driving the Yukon when I ran over the snake. I won't even run over a twig with the Mini.

And I just now killed two hualapai tigers (kissing beetles) under my desk. I think I hate them worse than scorpions.

Webmaster removed some of the larger threads, not just Cruise Meets, but all across the Boards. Hoping to get the Boards running a little faster. Not a bad idea, if you ask me...it does seem better now!

Mary, how was your weather for Trick or Treaters?

OM...what did you guys do for Halloween? Did you go to WDW?

Did any of our DIS kids go Trick or Treating? Or are they all too old for that now? I have to say, I sure miss it. We stayed home for the first time ever and it was so boring! Even after the kids had gotten older, we've gone to our friend's house to watch their grandkids and the neighbor kids, but they didn't have their grandkids this year, so we didn't go.
Last year, I was in Omaha for my Dad's surgery and went to my brother's house to watch the Trick or Treaters, but they didn't have very many. From what I've heard, there haven't been as many kids out there. I hope it isn't becoming a dying tradition. It was always so much fun.

I had my traditional driveway fire this year with our neighbors, Mike and Joan. It was the smallest group of kids we ever had. There were maybe 25 when it is normally 100+. I don't know if it was because of it being Friday night there were more parties or what.

It was still a great night for us sitting around the fire, perfect weather, with some food and drink.

Lisa spent the night at Bug's because there was gym on Saturday. They went out to a party and then trick or treating. Lisa and Bugs went as Salt and Pepper. Lisa was the pepper. I have not seen the costume yet.

Matt said it was pretty boring at the base on Friday night.

Lisa and I are off to run a 5K this morning. Sharon is still in bed, just to lazy to go.

Actually she said something about someone needed to go to church for all of us.
