Gotta say I love when SWA runs a special! I just checked our flights home for fun and they have gone down in price (finally) so I picked up another $100 credit, for a grand total of $263 in credits so far!
Sure, I wish I didnt have to pay that extra $263 at the time I booked in Nov/Dec but I can always turn it around on eBay or maybe sneak in a quick trip to WDW before it expires!

Sounds like your wife has the right idea with that massage thing! I keep forgetting that I turn 40 the last day of the cruise. Do you think that maybe I am in a little denial!!!! I clearly think maybe I need to add that to my spa day. Not like going on a DCL cruise isn't enough!!!

We are on the first cruise. When I booked, there was no option for a second. I don't know if that means it was filled, or they are filling the early first. I didn't think it was the best planning coming off of Pirate Night. We will definetly be playing the part. AArrrrhhhhh!!!!!!

Don't think of it as denial. You're only as young as you feel. And if you are still into Disney as much as DW is, you are about 12.

Hey guys!

I wanted to give my opinion about the day room at the Hyatt! We have come off a 7 day Magic cruise in the past and rented a car to go over to Disney for the hours before our flight (7 or 8 pm I think) and once we got off we were so exausted and called the Hyatt and booked a day room instead. Both took nice naps, watched some college football, freshened up and went down for our flight. It was a great plan and I would do it again in a moment!

Scottie, congrats on the SW credit. We had so much credit from our May Disney vacation that we were able to book BOTH of our flights this time using the credit and still have $15 left! I have been watching prices and they are higher now than we book at, so no more credit for us! I also would like to change our flight home on Sunday to a later flight. We have a 7:30 am flight which means ME at around 4:30. There is another direct at 1pm, so it would be nice to change!

One more task down... we got on eBay this morning and ordered our Fish Extender. The girls won out and made me order a pink one so I guess Dylan and myself will have to suffer a bit
We ordered one with 5 pockets and a mickey picture on each pocket. It was only $10.08 with shipping. Not the most fancy FE, but for the price I was happy. I had seen it used by other DISers in their pictures so I felt comfortable with ordering it.

We plan to personalize ours with adding our last name at the top part and maybe some names on the different pockets. May also jazz it up a bit with some glitter if the kids win out.
Heck, by the time we are done it may just cost as much as Jeremy's custom one and be shown on MTVs new show PIMP MY FE!

We will also pimp our FE with names and stuff. We also like decorating our stateroom door with magnets. On our January 09 Magic Cruise we had a DIS Boards magnet exchange vice the FE exchange. About 20 rooms exchanged magnets and all the doors looked fantastic. I am sure we will be packing the magnets for this trip as well as out 6X10 dry erase board to leave messages for our DS as to our whereabouts.

No, not on a Disney ship... hence the reason the made the best kids clubs at sea. A Disney cruise is the one place you can go and not be reported for neglect because your kids will be having more fun then you and forget that you "left them" to report you!

Kidding aside, we snuck away last Feb for a 3-night Disney cruise without the kids and I couldn’t actually believe how the Quiet Cove Pool area really was a slice of heaven!!

I placed the order this weekend for the cruise bracelets! I am waiting to get confirmation the order went thru and then I will send another update with pricing, mailing instructions etc.

43 Youth Glow Green
2 Youth Non Glow Green

That’s a lot of green running loose on the Magic!!
