I am spending way to much time browsing these pages. And not enough getting ready for Christmas. Glad the gift shopping is done anyway.

OK, so we are 1st time cruisers and have signed up to be part of FE. I have been reading several posts about FE but I am confused as to how many and how often the gifts are given.

I understand that it is like a "secret santa" but do we give a FE gift to everyone-everyday or do we give one gift to each participant on any given day or is it more organized than that with a list of who gives to who each day?

Our countdown of days is getting smaller gang!!

You can always give as many gifts and as many times as you want (I don't think anyone would complain if you gifted them every day of the cruise!) but for the most part what is done is that you give one gift per stateroom. When I have organized FE's I have setup assigned days to deliver because I find this works best especially on the shorter cruises, to ensure that everyone gets some gifts each day, rather than risking getting all of them on 1 or 2 of the days and then nothing the rest of the time which is boring. Your gift per stateroom can be just one thing for the whole party in that room or some people put 1 item for each person in the room, or make up a gift baggie of a few things for the room to share. Totally up to you, just like some people make FE gifts and others buy them. Does this help?

I can't believe it's only a couple months away. I am getting so excited. I was able to make our Palo reservation! We will be celebrating our 11th anniversary and my birthday while on board. I can't wait!!

Now that I have survived Christmas I'm all geared up and in cruise mode! I still have to print magnets and get the FE gifts together........if I don't start now I'm going to panic!

44 days and we will all be sailing the blue ocean!

What are everyone's plans for before or after the cruise?? We are just driving in the night before and staying at the CI&S...anyone staying there??

Do we plan on having a DIS Meet the first day onboard? My DD14 (will be turning 15 on cruise) would love to meet some of the other kids....she's an only child so is looking for a buddy to hang with.

That sounds like a great time! Our family loves Downtown Disney!

We just completed our On-line check in with a 12:30 PM Arrival Time!! Counting down the days!!

We are flying in on the 8th and spending a few days prior cruise at Disney's Vero Beach. We have never been there but are looking forward to some sun and relaxation!

Our DD (14), turns 15 in May, is also looking for a buddy so we will have to connect them on that 1st day.

Nicholson Family here..... We are coming down and doing 2 days at disney world ( Friday and Saturday and staying at Pop Century Hotel) anyone going to the parks before the cruise???
after the cruise we are looking to go to Datona for a day then home....
Being this is our first cruise any ideas or past FE gifts that you have given or recieved would be a big help...

we are so looking forward to meeting everyone as well, we completed are online check in and got an 11:00 to 11:30 time...
