Two weeks today we'll be getting ready to board!!!

I know Melody, can you believe it!!! What a way to celebrate our "early" 30th Anniversary, just the Mrs. and I. It's been along time that just the two of us got away together, we are really looking forward to it. The only problem is, once we get on the ship, we are going to wish it had been a 7 day cruise instead if 4 days. We will enjoy it just the same though!!!

Did I receive the right kind of documents. We got a package with four books in it that have our names and other information in it?
I am so nervous about not having the right kind of information. I even called disney about our birth certificates. We have original copies that have the raised seal on them. On our older boys you can't see it very well but can feel it. DCL said that would be ok.

I'm going to start checking the weather every day now to see if we can any warmer weather while we are there.

I am sure that you have the proper documents. Try not to stress too much.

Even if you forgot to bring your documents, I believe they have extras available at the port.

Dorenda, you should also have the Bahamas immigration forms in there. They are just single slips of paper that need to be filled out. If you are missing anything, there's a kiosk located at the top of the escalators when you enter the DCL terminal. The CM's there are happy to help you fill them out and make sure everything is in order before you get into line.

I know I can't put any type of guarantee behind a 15 day forecast, but on 1/4/05, they are predicting temps of 81 degrees in Nassau.

My 13 year old thinks the older kids can be pretty boring sometimes ! She loves listening to the music and the occasional games...but she'd rather be swimming or sunning or wandering. Maybe she can meet up with your 12 year old!

Is it really just 13 days away???

We've been talking about doing a meet on our embarking day. Jim and I have a mid-ship category 3 that we've offered as the meeting spot. I was thinking maybe a 5-5:30pm open house type of thing. Our doc`s are being sent straight to POR where we will be for 7 nights before the cruise, our TA does`nt know our stateroom number, so we will just have to wait and see!
Looks like we will have a white christmas here in the UK, not a common occurance, so I hope they keep the roads open for our trip to the airport!
Woke at 4.30am yesterday, panicking about having time to pack plus it was DD 17th birthday - we always have a busy run up to Christmas.
