We had a credit for $68+...whoohoo...I love when I get free $$!!!!!

Are you just checking with your travel agent to see if you have a credit? We used DU and i just logged in and it did not say anything, but that page has not changed ever, so i might have to send them an email.

I called DCL and there was a reduction in the Government Taxes and Fees so we got a refund!

That explains it! I couldn't for the life of me figure out what that refund was -- it wasn't significant enough for a big change.

Time's a wasting? What do you have left to do. Here's our list:

1. Finish fish extender gifts.
2. Pick up over the door shoe hanger
3. Make some new door magnets
4. Work my butt off to make clients happy before I take off for a week.
5. Stay healthy.
6. Clean up the few things still in the extra bedroom from our LAST vacation before considering packing.
7. Christmas shop
8. Take two business trips.
9. Pack.
10. Go on vacation!

Yikes. Now I'm really stressed.

I watched a little of the GMA on the Dream this morning. Our friends have booked at B2B next year at the beginning of November on the Dream. We are going to try to do a 3 day with them. We also have a cruise booked for the week after thanksgiving next year. So we may have to make a decision and push off one of them. I plan to book another dummie cruise while on board. I heard that the OBO for Gold members is like $250.00. I would be glad to have a credit for the Dooney and Burke purse I'm going to get while on board.

We have a b2b booked on the Dream for June nest year, and can't wait!
Oh, might have to do a dummy date for the Fantasy in 2012, we really are hoping they do another Southern cruise for the 2012 holidays, repeating the every other year schedule! I've wanted to do it forever, but it's never worked out for us!

I was wondering what that was too! We got 100 bucks refunded, so I was very happy!

so...I emailed DCL to ask when I would get my GTY cabin assignment, and instead I got a lecture on what GTY means. Ok...I know what it means, I was just asking if they knew my room number yet! gah!!!

Well good news, is that our stateroom for the cruise before finally got assigned yesterday, and some of the rooms on this cruise are starting to be assigned too, so it shouldn't be too much longer! Hang in there!

I used DU as well and didn't hear from them, but checked the CC statement online that I used to pay the final payment after readin S&J's post and saw my credit.

I still haven't rec'd my FE yet. Should I get worried?

Heather - sorry you haven't gotten your room assignment. Looking at what's still available, you'll likely get a verandah or suite at this point. Good luck!

Tonya - I called DCL to check on dining rotation, and they said that they don't assign those until we check in. If you do get your rotation, will you let me know how you got it? I'd love to know too.

Since this is our first cruise I am wondering about dining attire. We have a 4 year old daughter and what is acceptable for her to wear to dinners?

There is a formal night and semi formal night on the cruise, but you will see clothes from casual to extremely formal on the cruise.

For your DD, dresses, capris, nice shorts, pants, anything is pretty much acceptable. My DD loves to dress up, so she is dressier than the rest of us (except on formal/semi formal night).

3. Print out the FE Lists and maps
4. Print out "masked" FE list for my door
5. Work 2 1/2 more weeks (and finish a HUGE project - no stress there)

8. Host a Wii Just Dance Party on the 20th
9. put together list of reservations (hotel, car service)

Stephanie - I just noticed you are on the cruise meet for the June 26 Dream cruise too. We are booked on that sailing but I think we have to cancel for a variety of reasons - my DD12 is going to be dancing at Disney, including a parade! in the days just prior to that and thus we are going to be at WDW then and going on the cruise is going to be too many days away. Haven't canceled yet but I havent' been active on the thread either since I thought we would. Trying to work out our summer plans before I actually cancel it (or move it to a future date since it was an onboard booking..) Just thought it was funny that we were both on these two upcoming sailings!
