I wouldn't call either my most favorite place to dine, but of the two I prefer BB. I like the indoor outdoor cafe style and the darkness.

I haven't been to WDW since I was 12 or so I remember liking the British pub place in Epcot though - and I didn't even get to drink any of the beer

Cold I don't like it over 70 unless it's cloudy. I don't consider it to be cold unless it's under 10. Anywhere in between is awesome.
