The Best Burger on Property

I finally had the Bison Burger at Geyser Point a few weeks ago. It was good but I think the Three Bridges burger is better.
I tried to get the Three Bridges Burger in June when I stayed at Coronado but it was closed for a corporate buyout! I was so disappointed, I've heard such good things about it! Will have to make a point to get over there again.

Based on my last trip, I would say the new burger at Three Burgers is now my #1. I very rarely eat burgers when home, and I don't like a lot of toppings on them, which is why I never did the one at Steakhouse 71. Cheese and maybe bacon are just about all I want on my burger. I'm looking forward to 2 trips to Three Bridges on our May trip! Besides, Three Bridges has a much nicer vibe than S71 and is more convenient, since we stay at the Tower on every trip.

SO GOOD!😋

3 Bridges?

Thanks for the suggestions about 3 bridges. I'll have to check that out.

There aren't too many smash-style burgers at Disney. The Steakhouse 71's stack burger is smash-style, as is the one at Wailulu. The only other smash burger I know if is at Wine Bar George - it's not always on the lunch menu as I think it's seasonal, but it is a traditional two-patty smash - I haven't eaten it, but everything at Wine Bar is pretty good, so no reason to believe it wouldn't also be very good.

Happy New Year everybody!!! I haven't been to my favorite burger place yet this year but for fun I asked ChatGPT to convert a picture I had taken of the Geyser Point Bison Burger from this:

to a high end commercial product picture:

My mouth is watering. Might have to go there on Monday

I was in DHS the other day and just for fun decided to see if I could get a walk in at the Sci Fi Dine-in. I was in luck and got seated as a "hitch hiker" in one of the cars. Ordered the burger, with bacon, and a chocolate shake. I'll rate this burger as "pretty good". Not as good as some of the other's mentioned here but quite edible.
Sorry for the poor quality picture. It's hard to get a good one inside this dark restaurant.

I had the Three Bridges burger last night. It wasn’t bad but it was also not quite what I was expecting. When “smash patty” is advertised or “pressed” or however they want to label it, I find it odd to be asked how I want it cooked.

That said, it was tasty and I ate the whole thing. I wasn’t a fan of the cheese or something on it that had a unique umami flavor that by all accounts should be enjoyable. It just didn’t work with this one. It was also super greasy even on the outside of the bun.

The fries could’ve been good but they had been sitting a while and were cold and hard. But that doesn’t have to do with the burger.

We didn't eat at Geyser Point on our recent visit, so I didn't get my favorite (Bison Burger) this time. I did have a decent burger off-site at Ford's Garage.

Although it's a little :offtopic:, if you ever visit Pigeon Forge in Tennessee, I highly recommend the Bison Burger at "The Local Goat" (they also have a second location outside of Chattanooga).

I stopped for the burger at Wailulu today. Thought it was pretty good. Worth the stop for sure. Still not up to Geyser Point standards though. Perhaps if it had bacon....

How was it, I'm thinking we might do a door dash if we arrive too late for anything on property.
