Bill, most of the medical profession now follows the American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines rather than the American Red Cross. The AHA recommends 100 compressions before ever giving a rescue breath and that the outcomes are MUCH better when you don't stop compressions for rescue breathing. Compressions keep the heart muscle circulating the blood throughout the system which in turn will provide oxygen to the brain without the breaths. . .and the speed of the compressions should be about 80 to 100 per minute. . .think of the song "Stayin Alive" while doing compressions. . .
Thanks nurse.darcy. That's almost verbatim what the doctor was advising.:thumbsup2

I've never been to DisneyLand. I am SO jealous!

But, in the meantime...just whistle while you work! :rolleyes1

Good morning everyone!

Early next year, early next week, early next month. . .whatever. . .its only a 3.5 hr drive from here so I go as often as I can. . .AP holder don't ya know. . .

By next spring I will have two huge bills paid off and that will be like getting almost an extra paycheck per month. Then, it's APs all around for me and my DDs and then the fun really begins!!! :woohoo:
